【摘要】 本文在配电网结构的分析基础上,提出了确定最佳供电恢复方案的计算方法——节点一阶负荷矩法。首先利用深度优先的搜索方法求出“孤立岛”所有的恢复供电路径,再由“孤立岛”需要转移的负荷到各联络节点的一阶负荷矩的大小,对“孤立岛”恢复供电路径的选择做决策计算,确定最佳的供电恢复方案。根据这一方法编制了配电网故障识别、隔离及供电恢复的实时计算程序并用于实际配电系统自动化工程中。提出了配电系统实时有向拓扑分析的通用算法——“首末节点定向法”,该算法能够实时跟踪配电系统运行方式的变化,给出潮流计算的有向拓扑信息;将“首末节点定向法”和潮流计算的“功率分布系数法”结合编制了配电网实时潮流计算软件,用于配电自动化工程中,取得了满意的效果。

【Abstract】 The first order moment algorithm of nodal load is presented to determine the optimal power supply restoration scheme on the basis of real-time network analysis. A flow based search method is proposed to find all the alternatives of power restoration paths for the isolated island, and the concept of the first order moment of load is utilized to determine the optimal restoration scheme with minimal power losses. A fault isolation and service restoration software is developed and used in a 10kV cable distribution network. A practical distribution network topology analysis ──First-end node definition method is proposed which can trace the change of the distribution network structure and give the topology information of the network. Combined with the power distribution factor method, a power flow calculation method, a real-time power flow software is developed and applied in a practical distribution system.
