民办教育观念研究

【摘要】 民办教育观念是民办教育现象学研究的基本范畴,它影响、指导民办教育活动、民办教育体制和民办教育运行机制。在我国民办教育事业蓬勃发展的今天,研究民办教育观念有着重大的理论和实践意义。 本研究分为两个部分。 第一部分重点研究民办教育观念及其研究范畴和方法。内容涉及:对“观念”一词的厘清,对“民办教育”的概念认定,对“民办教育观念”的概念和存在形态的认识;同时界定民办教育观念研究的范畴,构建基本的理论框架;并将提供民办教育观念研究的方法,为深入研究这一问题提供方法论参考。 第二部分重在进行我国民办教育观念诸范畴的研究。内容包括:一、民办教育上位层次观念研究。考察我国民办教育本质观和价值观。二、民办教育下位层次观念研究。分别研究我国民办教育教学观、德育观、管理观、教师观和学生观。三、研究民办教育上位层次观念和下位层次观念的集中体现——民办教育质量观。 本研究试图初步构建我国民办教育观念研究的理论体系,并结合我国民办教育的发展现状,采取富有针对性的话语策略,力求既在理论上有所建树、创新,引起人们理论研究的兴趣,又能为民办教育实践提供有益的参考,促使我国民办教育事业走上健康、有序和快速的发展轨道。

【Abstract】 Non-government education concept is the basic category for the study of the non-government educational phenomenon. It influences and directs nongovernment education system and its mechanic system. Today with the vigorous development of non-government education in our country , to study it is of great theoretical and practical significance.This study includes two parts:Part one defines non-government education and by what means it can be done. It contains the clearance of the word "concept" , the definition and the perception of non-government education as well, which forms itself theoretically and affords us references to its research.Part two includes firstly the upper-study of the investigation to its essential concept and the concept of its values. Secondly it also includes the lower-study of non-government education with its separated study of moral education, management of schools, teachers and students and the educational qualities of the non-government education 棗 the combination of upper-and-lower study and so on.The purpose of this study is to form the education system theoretically, to arouse the interest of the people , to practice and to promote non-government education soundly, orderedly and swiftly.
