机动车安全性能通用测控系统研究

【摘要】 现有的机动车安全性能测控系统因检测对象、流程、设备以及安装方式的差异而各不相同,从而给测控系统的设计、生产、调试、维护、升级带来了诸多不便。测控系统的通用化研究现已成为促进测控系统进一步发展的关键。 本文提出了一种适用于各类机动车安全性能检测系统和大多数检测设备的通用测控系统的设计方法。该通用测控系统的主体由分布式计算机控制网络及相应的扩展电路组成。在系统的软件设计中应用了面向对象、组态化、参数化等技术,使得系统具有良好的通用性、容错性、灵活性和扩充性;硬件设计中采用了结构化、模块化的设计思想,使得硬件结构清晰、易于维护。此外,系统独特的容错设计,对其它基于Windows NT的分布式系统也具有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 The existing motor vehicle security measuring systems are so disaffinitial because of much difference among the measured objects, fixing methods, checking flows and examining equipment that throw the systemic designing, producing, debugging, maintaining and upgrading into discommodity. The study of currency has become the key point of developing motor vehicle safety measuring system. This paper advances general-purpose measuring system that can be applied to all kinds of motor vehicle safety detecting systems and many kinds of devices. The principal parts of the system are composed by distributed computer network system and corresponding extend circuit. In the software, we use object oriented, configuration, parameter and other technology to make the system hold more generality, extendibility, fault freedom, and flexibility. In the hardware, we adopt structured design and modular design to make the system bear distinct structure and maintenancibility. In addition, the particular fault tolerance is also possessed consult merit to distributed system that is based on Windows NT at a certain extent.
