提高智能建筑空调系统能量效率的控制与研究

【摘要】 智能建筑是一种具有“智能”的建筑物,充分利用这一“智能”资源,对建筑中能耗最大的空调系统通过控制,使其以最佳的能量效率运行,具有重要的意义。 本文以空调系统的温度为主要控制和研究对象。针对智能建筑空调系统的大惯性和控制的滞后,将智能控制与前馈控制相结合,通过适时的提前控制动作,从而避免被控温度的超调和较大波动,获得最佳的能量效率。在预冷(热)阶段,采取的是神经网络算法基础上建立的预测预冷时间的控制方法;在调节过程中,对变风量空调采取了前馈—反馈控制调节其风量,而对定风量空调,则借鉴连续系统前馈—反馈控制的特点,对其进行间歇起停控制;在提前停机的控制中,采用模糊控制进行提前停机时间的预测。 通过分析和比较,本文所设计的方法比目前常用的其它控制方法具有明显的优越性,在达到良好控制效果的同时获得了满意的节能效果,实验数据和仿真结果也证明了这一点。

【Abstract】 Intelligent building is a building with intelligence. The air conditioning system exhausts most energy in the building, so it is necessary to adopt a control method to get the optimum energy efficient by making the best of the resources in the intelligence building. In this paper, the main aim of control and study is the temperature of the air conditioning system. According to the time lag of the air-condition system and the delay of the control, an energy-saving method by means of intelligent control theory and the feedforward control in classical control theory is presented, the main idea of which is to predetermine the lead time of control actions to reduce the overshoot and fluctuation of the controlled temperature. The cooling preparation period is determined in the way of neutral network. During the regulating period, conventional feedforward-feedback control is adopted. The constant-air-volume and the variable- air-volume air conditioning system are discussed respectively. The previous time of turning off is got from a fi.~zzy mould. On the basis of analyses and contrast, the method described in this paper is better than other available metho~Is. The methods stated in this paper have good advantages over the conventional methods. It gets not only good control effect, but also satisfying energy saving effect. Both experiment data and simulation results indicate it.
