【摘要】 中国报业竞争最激烈的地方在广州，广州报业竞争中最主要的对手是羊城晚报报业集团和广州日报报业集团，而两报竞争最激烈的一次“战役”是“世纪之战”。这一战是两大报业集团整体实力的一次大比拼。本文通过作者掌握的大量第一手资料，就羊城晚报报业集团1999年年底策划组织的“创世纪”系列活动，特别是“环球采访”和“创世纪金版”的操作展开分析，以点见面，涉及了报业集团内部运作从采编策划到发行策略、广告营销、印力准备等多方面，以求对报业运营的各个环节进行一次有机的、生动的分析和研究。 论文指出：一、可预期新闻事件的报道策划是现代报业集团参与报业竞争、体现实力与水平的重要手段；二、提高策划的成功率在于把握好新闻报道策划的可预期性和表现形式的特异性；三、报社需要建立重大报道策划的纠错机制。 论文还就羊城晚报报业集团目前存在的问题提出一些较有创建性的对策，比如建立集团高级策划指挥终端，重新搭建、整合信息平台、扩大有效发行、改善广告营销方法等。更多还原

【Abstract】 The present paper puts the emphasis on the plan and organization of the events report,which is an important topic in China抯 news report.The most competitive district of the press contest of Chinese newspaper is Guangzhou,and the two main competitors are the Yangcheng Evening News Group and the Guangzhou Daily Group..Based on the author抯 first-handed data,a detailed analysis is given to the 揋enesis攕eries activities organized by Yangcheng Evening News Group at the end of 1999,especially to 揜ound-the-World Reports攁nd 揋enesis Golden Edition?In the paper,the Group~ internal operational chains are dealt with and some questions are put forward for further discussion. Three points are mentioned in this paper.Firstly,the planning of the reports of predictable news is an important means for the Groups to show their strength and standard in the press contest.Secondly,the key of success of the planning is to seize the predictability of news reports and the individuality of manifestation.Thirdly,the press should set up the rectifying sysem of report planning. In the last,some constructive suggestions are provided for solving the problems existed in Yangcheng Evening News Group,such as setting up the top supervising system,reorganizing information platorm,enlarging effective selling districts,etc.更多还原
