资源卫星遥感数字化图像处理技术及其在土地利用动态监测中的应用研究

【摘要】 本课题研究的目的是结合国土资源部《南京市土地利用遥感动态监测》课题,在完成江苏省南京市完整辖区6000平方公里面积1998-1999年度建设用地及耕地变化为主的土地利用变化动态监测任务的基础上,就应用资源卫星遥感数字化信息进行土地资源动态监测的关键技术及工作流程进行较为系统的理论研究和应用试验。本研究成果的独创性表现在以下方面: 1.根据项目的总体要求并结合监测区的具体情况确定了项目的总体技术路线; 2.结合作者的实践经验,设计了资源卫星遥感影像数字化处理流程; 3.开发了若干数字化图形处理应用技术。结论: 1.利用多源遥感数据,采用科学的资源卫星数字化遥感信息处理技术可实现大范 围城、乡土地利用变化的快速、动态、定位、定性与定量监测; 2.本文提出的数字化图像处理作业流程基本上可以参照利用; 3.以遥感信息为数据源的数字化图像处理技术可实现图形产品多元化,而且大大 降低编图成本; 4.与GIS结合,可进一步开发数字化遥感图像处理技术的潜力, 5.在当前计算机软、硬件条件下,数字化遥感技术对实现土地利用管理科学化、 现代化具有重要的意义。
【Abstract】 Object of the research is to systematicallystudy theories and make practical experiments of digital RS image processing techniques for dynamic land use monitoring, which was based on the Project ynamic land use monitoring of city Nanjing for 1996-1999?in the territory over 6000 sq. km., especially on the changes of construction site and arable land. Creative aspects of the research are as following: I Constructed a eneral Technical Framework?according to the general requirements of the Project and the concrete conditions of the monitored region; 2.Projected a Flow Chart for Digital Resource Satellite RS Image Processing manipulation, considering author practical experiences; 3. Developed several applied Digital Resource Satellite RS Image Processing techniques; Conclusions:?With multiple RS resource Data and applied Digital Resource Satellite RS Image Processing techniques.the work of land use monitoring can be expanded in large scale dynamically, quantitatively, qualitatively and in high speed;? Suggested by the author the Flow Chart for Digital Resource Satellite RS Image Processing manipulation mainly can be run in similar cases;igital RS Image Processing techniques give the chance to produce large variety of maps with low costs; ㏕here is a great potential of Digital RS Image Processing techniques for there further development ,combining with GIS;igital RS Image Processing techniques have great significance for modernization of land management with recent hard- and software support.
