Internet/Intranet多层结构的研究及其在铁路安监系统中的应用

【摘要】 本文对传统的客户/服务器应用模式、基于Internet/Intranet的多层结构应用模式及其常用开发方案进行了深入的分析和比较,结合铁路安监部门的实际需求和应用特点,选择了基于ASP技术的多层结构开发方案,解决了系统与常用办公软件无缝集成、信息分级分层显示、信息的压缩和加密存储、报表信息的报送和处理等若干技术难点,完成了基于Internet/Intranet应用模式的安监信息系统的总体设计,实现了在Internet/Intranet的环境下铁路安监事故信息的电子化传输,安全技术资料管理、安全信息的报送和统计分析等功能。系统具有可伸缩性好、可管理性强、安全性高以及节省升级维护时间等诸多优点,可较好地满足了安监部门点多、面广、流动性大的实际需求,为及时地查询和处理现场事故提供了极大的方便。

【Abstract】 This paper analyses and compares in-depth of the traditional client/serverapplication mode, multi-tier application mode based on Internet/Intranet and commonly used developing methods of them firstly. Then based on the practical requirement and characteristic of the railway safety supervising department, we choose the multi-tier application mode based on ASP as our developing scheme of the Railway Safety Supervising System. Adopting this scheme, we have solved some technical difficulties such as integration with the commonly used Office softwares, classification and delamination of safety information display, compression and encryption of information storage, reporting and handling of information on the network. We have accomplished the system design and development based on the Internet/Intranet mode, and have implemented the functions of electronic-transfer of safety information, management of safety technical documents, reporting and analysing of safety information. This system has many advantages such as good flexibility, easy management, high security and time saving in system upgrade and maintenance. It satisfies the working characteristic of multi-spot, wide-area and high-fluidity of the railway safety departments, and also brings about the convenience for accident querying and handling timely on the spot.
