公路主枢纽货运场站布局方案群体灰色优选的决策研究

【摘要】 本文针对公路主枢纽货运场站布局（简称“场站布局”）方案优选问题进行了深入的探索，建立了场站布局方案优选的群体评价灰色决策体系。该体系在研究场站布局方案评价指标集的基础上，以群体评价集值统计的原理对定性指标进行了量化，并建立了一种改进的AHP法以确定评价指标的权重，最终以灰加权关联决策方法进行方案优选。从而使得多目标灰色决策与群体评价相结合，创建了一种定量进行场站布局方案优选的决策体系。该决策体系的研究，不仅使场站布局方案优选更为科学化、系统化，也为相关领域的大量方案优选问题提供了一种参考方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 How to seek optimum freight station arrangement plan of highway transport hub is studied in detail in this paper. The group evaluation and gray strategic decision system for seeking optimum freight station arrangement plan is set up. On the basis of studied evaluation indexes of freight station ar- rangement ,the system quantificates qualitative indexes in use of group evalu- ation and statistics theory. In order to determine the different importance of evaluation indexes ,an improved analysis of hierarchy process is studied. At last, the weighted gray interrelation decision method is used to optimize plans. So the gray decision about multi-objective is connected with group evluation and a kind of quantitative decision system is established to optimize freight station arrangement plan. By studying the decision system,we get a more scientific and more systematic method to optimize freight station ar- rangement plan ,at the same time a reference method is provided for many plan optimization in related zone.更多还原
