【摘要】 马鞍山示范园区,全称安徽马鞍山承接产业转移示范园区,是地处安徽省马鞍山市的一个新兴开发区,园区管委会(指挥部)成立3年以来,在经济、社会、人文建设方面取得显著成就,3年财政收入相当于当涂经济开发区(当涂县境内)6年取得,慈湖高新技术产业开发区(马鞍山市境内)5年取得。最难能可贵的是,园区在加速发展经济的同时,始终根据现实财力不断加大民生投入,在城乡一体化推进过程中,惠民效应凸显,在当地具有典型示范引领作用。本调查报告通过对园区3年以来社会事业发展情况的的调查将园区下辖“十二村两委”的民生工程建设生态图展现出来,继而对低保、医疗、教育三大特色民生重点领域的突出问题开展调研,对惠及的农村、城镇居民进行问卷调查,并对获取数据进行统计分析,总结出该地区“经济发展不误惠及民生”的成功经验和存在问题,同时结合实际提出了解决问题的建设性意见。更多还原

【Abstract】 MDDIT, the full name Anhui Mananshan Demonstration Park For Undertaking Industrial Transfer,is an emerging Development Zone located in Maanshan City, Anhui Province. In three years from being established,Park Administrative Committee has made remarkable achievements in economic, social, cultural, building3-year fiscal revenue equivalent to Dangtu economic Development Zone six years to obtain and Cihu tech Industrial Development Zone five years to obtain.Most valuably, MDDIT continue to increase investment in the people’s livelihood based on realistic financial simultaneously speeding up the development of economy. As a result, the benefiting reflect the effect of the local typical role model to lead in the Process of promoting the integration of urban and rural areas. The investigation report shows up the three-year-old Ecological map of livelihood projects by the investigation of social undertakings of the park jurisdicting "Twelve villages two communities"park.Then it conducts in-depth research in three major characteristics of people’s livelihood concluding subsistence allowances, medical care, education. It sum up the successful experiences and problems of "economic development not mistaken to benefit the livelihood" by conducting a questionnaire for the rural and urban residents and obtainning data for statistical analysis.
