辛硫磷乳液与阿维菌素粉剂微胶囊制备研究

【摘要】 农药是指用来防治危害农林牧业生产的有害生物和调节植物生长的化学药品。传统的农药剂型主要有粉剂、乳油、颗粒剂等。这些农药剂型存在诸多的问题,比如有机溶剂使用量大、稳定性差、持效期短、安全性差等。微胶囊技术在农药剂型上的应用,可以很好的解决这些问题。本课题以明胶、阿拉伯胶作为壁材,采用复凝聚法,分别以辛硫磷、阿维菌素为芯材,制备出了辛硫磷微胶囊和阿维菌素微胶囊。分别进行了搅拌速度、酸度、成囊温度、胶药比、固化时间、固化剂用量等影响因素的考察。在此基础上,设计正交实验,得出了制备辛硫磷微胶囊和阿维菌素微胶囊的最优工艺条件。单因素和正交实验结果表明,搅拌速度、pH、成囊温度、固化时间是微胶囊成囊的主要影响因素。最优工艺条件如下:1.制备辛硫磷微胶囊的工艺条件为:凝聚反应搅拌速度为1100r/min,凝聚反应pH为4.5,成囊温度为60℃,胶药比为1:1,固化剂甲醛用量为5mL,固化时间为60min,固化搅拌速度为300r/min,固化反应pH为9.0。在此工艺条件下制备出的辛硫磷微胶囊外形圆整,粒度分布均匀,包封率和载药量为83.6%和47.6%。2.制备阿维菌素微胶囊的工艺条件为:凝聚反应搅拌速度为500r/min,凝聚反应pH为4.0,成囊温度为60℃,胶药比为1:1,固化剂甲醛用量为7mL,固化时间为60min,固化搅拌速度为150r/min,固化反应pH为9.0。在此工艺条件下制备出阿维菌素微胶囊外形圆整,粒度分布均匀,包封率和载药量分别为92.3%和56%。

【Abstract】 Pesticide is the chemical for that mainly refers to prevent and control the pest damage to the agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry production and regulate plant growth. Traditional pesticide formulations are powder, butter, granula, etc. Conventional pesticide formulations have many problems. Such as large organic solvent consumption, poor stability, the work period is short, poor security. Microcapsule technology in the application of pesticide formulations, can well solve these problems.This paper with gelatin and arabic gum as wall material, respectively with phoxim and abamectin as core material, the preparation of phoxim microcapsule and abamectin microcapsule. Respectively on the stirring speed, pH, sacculation temperature, glue drug ratio, curing time, curing agent, such as the dosage influence factors. On this basis, I find out the optimal process conditions of the preparation of phoxim microcapsule and abamectin microcapsule by orthogonal experiment.Single factor and orthogonal experimental results show that the stirring speed, acidity, encystment temperature, curing time are the main influencing factors as the microcapsules encystation.The optimum process conditions are as follows:1.The preparation of phoxim microcapsule technology conditions as follows:the stirring speed of condensation reaction is1100r/min; the pH of condensation reaction is4.5; the sacculation temperature is60℃; the ratio of the glue medicine is1:1; the dosage of formaldehyde is5mL as curing agent; the curing time is60minutes; the stirring speed of curing reaction is300r/min; the pH of curing reaction is9.0. Was prepared under the process conditions of phoxim microcapsule round appearance, uniform particle size distribution, the encapsulation efficiency and drug-loading rate were83.6%and47.6%. 2. The preparation of abamectin microcapsules technology conditions as follows: the stirring speed of condensation reaction is500r/min; the pH of condensation reaction is4.0; the sacculation temperature is60℃; the ratio of the glue medicine is1:1; the dosage of formaldehyde is7mL as curing agent; the time of curing reaction is60minutes; the stirring speed of curing reaction150r/min, the pH of curing reaction is9.0. Under the process conditions were abamectin microcapsules round appearance, uniform particle size distribution, the encapsulation efficiency and drug-loading rate were92.3%and56%.
