全媒体时代高校图书馆信息服务模式研究

【摘要】 随着全媒体时代到来,经济与网络技术的飞速发展改变了广大用户的信息获取方式,人们不再仅仅从实体图书馆中汲取资源,更喜欢通过互联网、手机等新型媒体来获取知识。高校学生,作为具备一定网络操作技能的行为主体,对信息服务的需求呈现出个性化、及时性、新颖性和多元化等特点;高校图书馆,作为高校知识和信息的集散地,在信息数字化、虚拟化、网络化的环境下,要满足用户的信息需求,就必须建立以方便用户、服务读者为宗旨的新型信息服务模式,丰富信息服务的内容,优化信息服务模式,深入发挥其在高校教学和科研工作中的信息服务作用,积极探索和创建图书馆信息服务的新格局。近年来,我国图书馆的信息服务工作开展得十分活跃,涌现出许多新的服务模式和思路,如Web2.0、Lib2.0、Digital Library等在图书馆的应用为广大用户提供了方便。但服务观念滞后、服务内容有限、服务模式传统单一、服务手段落后等因素也始终困扰着国内图书馆信息服务的发展,在现有的技术条件、资源环境下,要更好地开展信息服务,图书馆就要更新服务理念,提高服务质量,改善服务模式,更好地挖掘用户的信息需求,以提供更加有针对性、多元化、个性化的服务。本文共分为六个部分,第一部分是绪论,论述了本课题研究的背景及意义、国内外文献研究综述、研究内容及思路、研究方法与创新点;第二部分阐述了全媒体时代图书馆信息服务概述,介绍了全媒体时代信息服务模式及服务手段,全媒体对图书馆信息服务模式的影响以及图书馆信息服务演变过程;第三部分从全媒体时代用户的信息需求特点及规律分析入手,论述了信息需求决定信息服务模式的改变;第四部分对高校图书馆的问卷调查数据做了统计分析,并根据调查问卷统计数据重点分析了高校图书馆在开展信息服务过程中存在的问题;第五部分结合高校图书馆信息服务中所出现的问题,在总结了传统的信息服务模式的基础上,构建完善的全媒体时代高校图书馆信息服务模式,为提高我国图书馆信息服务质量提出了一些改进措施;第六部分是结论,指出了文章的不足之处,并对全媒体时代背景下高校图书馆信息模式的未来发展方向做了展望。

【Abstract】 With the coming of the federated media age, the rapid development of the economy and network technology to change the majority of users access to information, people no longer just obtain resources from the physical library, but prefer to acquire knowledge through the Internet, mobile phones and other new media. College students, as actors with a certain network operating skills, the demand for information services showing a personalized, timeliness, novelty and diversity; the college library, as a college knowledge and information distribution center, under the environment of the information digitization, virtualization, networked, to meet the information needs of the users, it is necessary to create a user-friendly, reader services for the purpose of new information services to enrich the content of information services, optimize information service model, in-depth play in university teaching information services and research work in the role, and actively explore and create a new pattern of library information services.In recent years, our library information services carry out very actively, the emergence of many new service models and ideas, such as Web2.0, Lib2.0, Digital library application in the library to provide customers with a convenient way. But the lag service concept, limited service, traditional single service model, backward service and other factors always plagued the development of the domestic library information services, under the existing technical conditions, resources environment, to better carry out the information services, the library is necessary to update the service concept, improve service quality, improve service model to better tap the information needs of the users, in order to provide more targeted, diversified, personalized service.This paper is divided into six parts, the first part is an introduction, discussing the research background and significance, literature review, research contents, research methods and innovation; the second part describes the overview of the library information services in the federated media age, introduces the federated media information service model and service means, the influence of the federated media acted on the library information service model and the evolution of library information services; the third part introduces from the user’s information demand characteristics and regularity, discusses the changes of the information needs decided on information service model; the fourth part does a statistical analysis of the data on a survey questionnaire of university libraries to analyze the problems during the course of the library information Service; the fifth part builds a sound university library information service of the federated media age, in conjunction the problems of university library information service, based on the traditional information service model, and presents some improvements to improve the quality of library information service; the sixth part is the conclusion, the article pointed out the inadequacies, and put forward the direction of future development of the university library information service model under the federated media age.
