郑州地区建筑外墙被动式节能应用研究

【摘要】 目前,我国社会总能耗的三分之一为建筑能耗,随着城镇化的快速发展,这个比例将迅速扩大。这些建筑大多数都只是被动的采用最低节能标准的保温隔热设计。或者忽视建筑节能要求,一味追求造型,加剧建筑能耗。外墙作为建筑围护的主要组成部分,在建筑设计中,为保证建筑室内环境要求和降低建筑的能耗,对建筑外墙节能的处理技巧和方法是非常重要的。本文从被动式节能的角度入手,将研究的重点聚焦在外墙的热工性能上。讨论如何通过合理的设计,改善和提高外墙对风、光、热的有效利用率,提高室内使用环境的舒适度,降低建筑能耗。在研究的过程中,一方面梳理了外墙被动式节能的内涵以及影响因素,包括决定建筑主要耗能特点的地理因素和气候因素,建筑外墙的主要朝向,与常年风向的关系等等;决定该地区能够利用的被动式节能的范围以及能够实现节能效果的经济技术因素;以及其他因素对建筑整体布局和单体设计的影响等,为外墙被动式节能提出了设计原则。另一方面通过对外墙热工性能的分析,分别从保温隔热、自然采光、自然通风以及其他策略进行分类研究,结合大量实例进行印证,归纳出不同节能效果相应的外墙被动式节能措施。最后,以笔者参与设计的郑州地区实际项目为例,探讨通过对外墙被动式节能的设计达到减少建筑能耗目的的设计方法,为郑州本土化外墙被动式节能的设计路线提供理论上的依据和现实指导方向。

【Abstract】 In China, the energy consumption of architecture industry has already attend30percent in the whole society’s consumption nowadays. What’s more, the proportion is getting higher and higher with the rapid development of urbanism. The majority of the architectures are just passively take the lowest energy saving standard of insulation design.Otherwise ignoring the request of energy saving standard, just focus on the figure of architectures, leading to a reality which make heavier energy consumption. As a main element of the maintenance part of architectures, the exterior wall is taking an insignificance function in the architecture design. It is really important to take an appropriate method to solve the energy saving problems of exterior walls, making sure to satisfy the environment request of indoor room and to induce the energy consumption of architectures.Starting from the angle of passive energy saving, the issue of the research focus on the thermal capacity of the exterior wall. The essay discusses how to make the appropriate designs to improve the efficiency of the exterior wall getting used of the wind, light and thermal, to make the indoor space more comfortable as well as to reduce the consume of the energy. While researching, the essay does endeavor mainly on two aspects. On the one hand, it takes an arrangement of the meaning of "passive energy saving of exterior wall" and several influenced factors. First of all, it talks about the geographical and the climate factors which decide the main energy consumption characteristic, the face direction of the exterior wall and the relationship with the perennial wind’s direction. What’s more, it talks about the range of the architectures which can be used for the passive energy saving together with the economic and the technology factors which related to the final result of energy saving. It also talks the influence of other factors to the whole plan of the architecture group and the single design, which bring the principle for the passive energy saving design. On the other hand, by analysis the thermal capacity of exterior wall, the essay do researches from differ aspects range from insulation, nature lighting, nature ventilation and so on. Combining with huge amount of instances, the essay give a clear arrangement of methods to different energy saving effect.Consequently, taking a real project which the writer have already join the design process as an example, the essay discuss the design methods of getting used of passive energy saving of exterior wall to attain the aim of final energy saving. It offers the theory basis as well as clue the direction for the real design tendency of localization passive energy saving design of exterior wall in Zhengzhou city.
