【摘要】 教育建设,是保证教育顺利实施的基本途径。鄂豫皖苏区时期,苏区的党和苏维埃政府制定的一系列方针政策和措施,着重从开展红军教育、干部教育、扫盲教育和义务教育等方面进行鄂豫皖苏区的教育建设。本文回顾了鄂豫皖苏区时期的这段历史,追溯了鄂豫皖苏区教育建设的历史进程,挖掘并总结鄂豫皖苏区教育建设的成就与历史贡献,为当前我国的教育建设实践提供积极地借鉴。全文分为前言、正文和结束语三个部分。前言简要概述了选题的意义,现状、主要概念及论文的逻辑结构。正文由四个部分构成：第一部分主要阐述了鄂豫皖苏区进行教育建设的历史背景。鄂豫边、豫东南和皖西革命根据地的创建直接促成了鄂豫皖苏维埃政权的诞生和鄂豫皖苏区的形成,这是鄂豫皖苏区教育建设得以开展的前提,同时,大别山区落后的教育状况也说明鄂豫皖苏区开展教育建设是党和苏维埃政权的迫切任务；第二部分主要阐述了鄂豫皖苏区根据苏区教育的总方针和中心任务,制定了一系列的教育方针和政策,并积极的采取了许多措施去推进和完善鄂豫皖苏区的教育建设；第三部分主要介绍了党和苏维埃政府在革命斗争的实践中,从本身实际出发,在鄂豫皖苏区的土地上创造了具有鲜明革命特色的教育——红军教育、干部教育、社会教育和普通教育等四种类型的教育形式,并总结出了鄂豫皖苏区教育建设的五个基本特点；第四部分总结出了鄂豫皖苏区的教育建设在巩固和发展苏区、改善鄂豫皖苏区民众整体文化水平和为中国革命培养出了成千上万的优秀人才等多个方面所做的历史贡献。同时,概括出了鄂豫皖苏区教育建设的四点基本经验：教育工作必须坚持党的领导；教育必须为革命战争和苏区建设服务；教育必须贯彻教育和生产劳动相结合的原则；教育必须贯彻群众路线,坚持勤俭办学的精神。结束语简要对本文进行归纳和总结。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Educational Construction is the basic way to ensure the smooth implementation of the education. Oyuwan soviet region period, the Soviet party and government formulated a series of policies and measures, emphatically from the red army education, cadre education, literacy education and compulsory education, to build Oyuwan Soviet education.This article reviewed the history of the Oyuwan Soviet period, traced its historical process of construction, excavated and summaryed Oyuwan’s Soviet educational achievement and historical contribution, to provide positive reference on current educational practice in China..The paper divids into preface, text and conclusion parts. Preface briefly summarizes the significance of topic selection, current situation, main concept and the logic of essay structure. The text has four components:The first part mainly expounds the historical background of Oyuwan’s educational construction. Oyu side, southeast of Yu and WanXi revolutionary base’s creat have directly contributed to the birth of Oyuwan Soviet regime and the formation of Oyuwan Soviet, This is the premise for Oyuwan Soviet to carry out its education construction. At the same time, the Dabie Mountain’s backward state of education has also showed that Oyuwan soviet carried out education construction is the party and the Soviet regime’s urgent task.; The second part mainly expounds Oyuwan soviet formulated a series of principles and policies, and actively adopted many measures to promote and perfect the education of Oyuwan soviet construction, according to the general policy of education in the Soviet areas and central task; The third part mainly introduces the soviet party and government, in the practice of revolutionary struggle itself from reality, had created the distinctive features of the revolution in education——the red army education, cadres education, social education and ordinary education in Oyuwan soviet, and summed up the five basic characteristics of Oyuwan soviet’s educational construction; The fourth part summarizes anhui Soviet education construction in the consolidation and development of Soviet area, to improve Oyuwan soviet’s citizens overall cultural level and groom tens of thousands of talented persons for China’s revolution and other aspects of historical contribution; At the same time, generalizes Oyuwan soviet’s four basic experience on educational construction:Educational work must adhere to the party’s leadership; Education must serve the Revolutionary War and the Soviet construction services; Education must implement the principle of combining education and productive labor; Education must implement the mass line and adhere to the spirit of frugality education.更多还原
