【摘要】 在“人人都有麦克风”的泛传播环境下,受众接受信息的方式发生了改变。诸多网络围观形成舆论议题的案例,给党报的影响力和舆论引导力带来了很大的冲击。作为省级党委和政府喉舌的省级党报想要发挥自身优势,成为名副其实的“旗帜”,需要深刻转型和突破创新。而体现省级党报价值取向的省级党报时评如何更好地引导社会舆论、倡导主流价值观成为重要的研究课题。本研究针对2012年4月10日《山西日报》最新一次改版前一年和改版后一年内的731期《山西日报》共计875篇时评样本进行分析,主要采用了内容分析法。在分析改版后时评变化的基础上,对《山西日报》时评现存问题进行了归纳,最后对《山西日报》时评和省级党报时评的发展提出了三点建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the environment of Pan-communication, everyone has a microphone. The way of audience receiving information has changed. Many cases of onlookers making issues of public opinion on the Internet bring impulsive force for influence and guiding force of Public Opinion of Party Paper. As the mouthpiece of provincial party committee and government, it is struggling for the Party Paper Review want to play its own advantages and to be worthy of Standard, which needs profound transformation and breakthrough innovation. How does the Party Paper Review reflecting the value orientation of the provincial Party Paper guide public opinion and advocacy mainstream values becomes an important research subject.This Research aims at875pieces on731issues of Shanxi Daily Newspaper before and after year of the latest revision of on April10,2012, which mainly adopted the method of literature analysis. On the basis of analyzing the changes of Review after the revision, this research induces the existing problem of review on Shanxi Daily Newspaper and provides three suggestions for review on Shanxi Daily Newspaper and provincial Party Paper.更多还原
