【摘要】 管理咨询作为信息咨询的一个重要方面,在现代企业决策中发挥着越来越重要的作用,管理咨询行业属于知识密集型行业,因此管理咨询机构的知识管理就显得非常重要,国内外著名的管理咨询公司都通过知识管理的应用提高了竞争力。由于中、小管理咨询公司与大型咨询公司相比,在质量上有一定的差距,比如人员,硬件设施,以及行业知识基础等,如何利用知识管理提升竞争力,对于中国的每一家管理咨询公司,尤其是对于大量的中小型管理咨询公司,是必须解决的重要问题。因此本文在分析国内学者对管理咨询机构知识管理应用策略研究的基础上,借鉴国外管理咨询公司知识管理应用方法,针对我国众多中小型管理咨询机构,分析其自身特点和知识构成,并从流程视角分析中小型管理咨询机构实施知识管理的影响因素,中小型管理咨询机构的知识流程和业务流程以及他们之间的映射关系；在基于中小型管理咨询机构的业务流程和知识流程融合的基础上,提出中小型管理咨询机构的知识管理体系,从知识管理系统和知识管理理念这两个方面提出知识管理应用的解决方案,包括知识管理系统的选择,以及为了保障其在中小型管理咨询机构当中的实施,制定的内部规章制度和企业文化保障；最终以河南省欧英明德管理咨询公司这一中型本土管理咨询机构为研究对象,设计出具体的实施和运行方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an important aspect of information consultation, management consulting plays an increasingly important role in the decision making of the modern enterprises.Management consulting industry is a knowledge-intensive industry, so it is very important for the management consulting companies to apply knowledge management. The famous management consulting companies at home and abroad have improve their competitiveness through the application of knowledge management. Compared to the large management consulting companies, the medium and small management consulting companies have a certain gap in the quality, such as such as staff, hardware facilities, and the knowledge of the industry. So how to use knowledge management to enhance competitiveness, is an important issue for each management consulting companies, especially for the large number of medium and small management consulting companies must to resolve.This paper analyzed the domestic scholars’research on the knowledge management application strategy of management consulting companies. Based on that,the author analyzed the characteristics and the knowledge structure of the large number of medium and small management consulting companies. Then this paper analyzed the influencing factors of the implementation of knowledge management in the medium and small management consulting companies from a process viewing angle, and the mapping relationship between the knowledge process and the business process. Based on the integration of knowledge management and business management of the medium and small management consulting companies, the author designed a knowledge management project for the medium and small management consulting companies. And offered a knowledge management application solution from these two aspects of knowledge management systems and knowledge management concept, including how to chose the knowledge management systems and how to protect the knowledge management implementation in medium and small management consulting companies from the aspects of internal rules and regulations and culture. Finally, the paper introduced a medium-sized local management consulting company, which named Ownmind, as the research object,and designed a implementation and operation solution of knowledge management for it.更多还原
