基于GPRS网络和GPS定位技术的军车管理系统

【摘要】 随着新军事变革的深入发展,科技的影响遍布部队工作的各个角落。而部队车辆管理的基本方法还是人工书写、手工登记、电话联系等方式,与信息时代的特征不符,落后于部队现代化建设的步伐。通过GPRS网络通信技术、GPS定位技术的车辆监控系统解决了这一问题,满足了军队车辆动态管理的要求,提高了军队车辆管理的水平,为军队车辆管理数据化打下一个良好的基础。通过对军队车辆管理规律和车辆监控管理相关技术的分析与研究,本文提出了一个基于GPRS网络和GPS定位技术的管理方案,并实现了数据库构建,车载端硬件、服务端、客户端软件设计。本文充分利用了GPRS网络传输技术高速、实时、网络覆盖面积广的特点,利用车载GPS模块和百度地图api接口这些成熟技术,在外出执行任务车辆与监控中心之间建立连接,实时地将执行任务情况显示在地图上,实现对外出执行任务车辆的监控、调度和管理。与传统单片机控制的车辆管理或调度系统相比,本系统克服了投入成本高、管理效率低、操作难度大、数据冗余多的缺点,以车辆管理规律为依据,贯彻到每一个管理环节,既符合部队管理实际,又满足了安全管理要求。本系统所开发的车载端与车辆并非一一对应关系,而是执行任务时作为一台设备随带车干部一同执行任务,利用设备返回的数据对任务执行情况进行记录,节约了硬件投入,提高了管理效率。系统采用成熟的百度地图api接口显示地图信息,节约了开发成本,提高了效率。采用GPRS通信技术建立连接传输数据,克服了以往采用短信方式成本高、延迟时间长的缺点,提高了系统管理的实时性和可靠性。

【Abstract】 With the in-depth development of the new revolution in military affairs, the impact of science and technology throughout every corner of the work forces. Forces vehicle management manual writing, manual registration, phone, does not match the characteristics of the information age, behind the pace of military modernization. GPS positioning technology vehicle monitoring system to solve this problem through the GPRS network communication technology, to meet the requirements of military vehicle dynamic management, improve the level of military vehicle management and for army vehicle data management, and lay a good foundation.Through analysis and research on the law of army vehicle management and vehicle monitoring and management technology, this paper proposed a management scheme based on the GPRS network and GPS positioning technology, and build the database, car end hardware, server, and client software design. Take full advantage of the GPRS network transmission technology, high-speed, real-time, network coverage area, car GPS module and Baidu map api interface mature technology, to go out to perform tasks vehicles between the monitoring center to establish a connection, real-time implementation of his mandate on the map, go out tasks vehicle monitoring, scheduling and management. Compared with the traditional single-chip control vehicle management or scheduling system, the system has to overcome shortcomings of high input costs, low efficiency of management, operation is difficult, data redundancy, based on the law of vehicle management, implement every aspect of a management, is consistent with the forces management practice, but also meets the safety management requirements. The system developed car end vehicles are not one-to-one relationship, but the execution of its mandate as a piece of equipment that comes with the car cadres with tasks, the device returns the data recorded on the implementation of the mandate, saving hardware investment to improve the management efficiency. The system uses sophisticated Baidu map api interface to display map information, saving development costs and improve efficiency. GPRS communication technology to create a connection to transfer data, to overcome the shortcomings of using SMS high cost, long time delay and improve the real-time and reliability of the system management.
