【摘要】 进入新世纪以来,随着科学技术的飞速发展,人才的重要性越来越突显,已然成为国家间争夺的重要资源。在我国的改革开放和现代化建设的过程当中,邓小平反复强调人才的重要性,并在社会主义的人才建设实践当中形成了一整套有自己独见的人才理论,我们称之为邓小平人才思想。邓小平人才思想是马克思主义人才思想与我国的社会主义现代化建设相结合的产物,既是对马克思主义人才理论的继承,又是对毛泽东人才思想的丰富和发展。邓小平人才思想的形成除了与邓小平自身的素质和经历密不可分外,还得益于我国现代化建设的经验和新科技革命的推进；对我国优秀传统人才思想的吸收和借鉴也是邓小平人才思想形成的基础之一。邓小平人才思想是在现代化建设的实践中逐步完善的,它的发展经历了萌芽、形成、确立和发展四个时期,经过以上阶段的完善和发展,最终形成了一套科学完整的邓小平关于人才建设的理论体系。邓小平主要从人才培养、人才标准、人才选用、人才管理等方面论述他对我国人才工作的一些见解和认识,这对新时期我国的人才建设工作意义重大。通过对邓小平人才思想的深入学习,我们发现它不仅理论简明可行,党性原则坚定,而且群众基础广泛,时代性强烈,这些构成了邓小平人才思想的特点。重新学习邓小平人才思想意义重大。理论上,邓小平人才思想实现了对马列主义理论的完善和发展；实践上,邓小平人才思想对新时期我国人才资源的开发、人才强国战略的实现,对小康社会的全面建成,对中华民族的伟大复兴有很大的指导作用。更多还原

Deng Xiaoping’s thought of talents is the product of a combination of Marx’s talent theory with the actual situation in China. Deng Xiaoping’s thought of talents gradually improve in practiced, it has gone through four stages-infancy, formative years, established period and the period of development. The main content of Deng Xiaoping’s thought of talents have talent training, talent standard, talent selection, talent used, talent management, talent competition and incentive thought, etc.Deng Xiaoping’s thought of talents has its unique characteristics. Its theory is profound and concise; the principle of party spirit is firm. Its Mass base is very broad and times strongly.
