成都双流机场快铁车站大开挖基坑回填土—隧道—站坪结构相互作用研究
Analysis on the Fast Iron Station Foundation Backfill-Tunnel-Station Yard Interaction Mechanism of Chengdu Shuangliu Airport

【摘要】 机场站坪对地基土的沉降和不均匀沉降要求较高,目前随着山区机场的建设,对大面积填方地基和填方高度边坡地基土的研究较多,并成功建成了九寨黄龙等典型机场。但就因配套工程修建开挖形成的局部深填方地基土的沉降变形及其对结构物的影响研究的较少。本文拟就成都双流机场成绵乐快铁机场站台开挖基坑填土沉降变形,特别是不均匀变形对结构物的影响等进行研究是有理论和实际意义的。该论文拟采用现场调查,机场及基坑填土情况和资料收集分析,密实度测试资料,现场分析和数值计算就不同填土厚度的沉降变形及差异变形进行研究,同时对不均匀变形对管线及排洪箱涵等结构物的影响进行研究,进而得出技术可靠,经济合理的处理方案。本文的研究成果如下:1.利用分层总和法和填土最大密实度法计算了回填土的沉降。在分层总和法的计算中,考虑了飞机荷载的作用,利用BISAR3.0程序计算出了道面飞机荷载在回填土中引起的附加应力。利用现有检测数据,用曲线拟合法得出每个检测点回填土压实度的直线方程,由此计算回填土的沉降。结果可以看出,无论是哪种方法计算,回填土的沉降值均过大,且差异性很大,不满足机场建设的要求,会对飞机安全运行造成不良影响。2.对比分析两种不同方法计算出的回填土沉降值,并且分析了造成两种方法计算回填土沉降差异的原因。3.根据理论计算出的回填土的沉降,分析不均匀沉降的大小,并且分析不均匀沉降对道面结构层、排水箱涵、管线的影响。由计算结果可以看出,地基发生不均匀沉降,结构层、箱涵会产生很大的内力,箱梁会产生裂缝,甚至箱涵出现严重变形、扭曲,甚至断裂,造成严重的工程事故。4.利用有限元软件ANSYS建立了双流机场站坪-回填土-隧道相互作用的分析模型,采用FLAC3D有限差分软件计算回填土的沉降,以及回填土不均匀沉降对站坪结构的影响,并将结果与理论计算的进行对比分析。
【Abstract】 Airport station site requirements for settlement and differential settlement of the foundation soil is higher, with the construction of the Mountain Airport, a large area of embankment and fill height slope foundation soil study and successful completion of Jiuzhaigou Huanglongtypical airport. On local construction excavation supporting projects of deep embankment soil subsidence deformation and impact studies on structures less.This thesis on, fast iron Airport, Chengdu Shuangliu Airport Chengmianle site excavation pit backfill settlement deformation, especially the non-uniform deformation on structures research is theoretical and practical significance. The thesis intends to adopt on-site investigation, the airport and the pit filling information and data collection, analysis, density test data, on-site analysis and numerical calculation to study different fill thickness settlement deformation and differential deformation, while the non-uniform deformation of the pipeline and the drainage culvert structures, and then come to a reliable, economical and reasonable treatment options. The results of this study are as follows:1. Using layered summation and fill the maximum density method backfill settlement. In the calculation of the sum of the hierarchical method, consider the aircraft load, use BISAR3.0program to calculate the pavement aircraft load caused additional stress in the backfill. Use of existing test data, derived using curve fitting each detection point backfill the degree of compaction of the linear equation to calculate the settlement of backfill. The results can be seen Either way, backfill settlement values are too large, and the difference, does not meet the requirements of the airport building, adversely affect the safe operation in aircraft.2. Comparative analysis of two different methods to calculate the settlement of backfill, and analysis of the two methods calculate the the backfill settlement of differences.3. Calculated according to the theory of backfill settlement, the size of the analysis of differential settlement, and analysis of uneven settlement of the pavement structure layer, drainage culvert, the impact of the pipeline. From the results it can be seen, the uneven settlement of the foundation, structural layer, box culvert will have a lot of internal forces, box girder cracks, and even box culvert severely deformed, distorted, or even break, causing serious engineering accidents.4. The use of finite element software ANS YS established the Shuangliu Airport station site-backfill-tunnel interaction analysis model FLAC3D finite difference software backfill settlement, as well as uneven settlement of the station site structure backfill, andresults and theoretical calculations were analyzed.
