基于Q系列PLC的钢轨精磨机垂直伺服控制系统设计

【摘要】 随着我国列车运行速度的越来越快,对钢轨平直度的要求也越来越高。钢轨的质量好坏直接影响列车的运行安全和乘客的乘坐舒适性。目前,我国钢轨焊接通常采用闪光焊,其焊接后必定会在焊接处留下一段焊瘤。为了满足对钢轨平直度的要求,我们必须将焊瘤拿掉,而目前现有的加工打磨设备很难满足批量化加工的要求,因此我们急需研发一种能够进行批量化加工的高效的性能稳定的钢轨打磨机床。本课题研究的钢轨精磨机是利用仿形拟合磨削原理对以焊缝为中心1m范围内的钢轨轨顶和侧面进行打磨加工。整个打磨加工过程可以分为垂直进给和左右摇摆两方面,本文主要是针对垂直进给进行的设计研究。本文主要包含以下几部分:精磨机的整体设计、执行元件设计以及控制系统硬件设计和软件设计。机床整机设计包括确定其加工原理、总体布局及运动分配。垂直伺服机构执行元件设计包括垂直升降机构的确定、各传动部件的计算选型和检测元件的设计选型。控制系统采用半闭环控制,由Q02H高性能PLC、MR-J3-350A伺服放大器和QD75M4定位模块组成,实现对机床垂直升降机构的控制。垂直控制系统硬件和软件设计是本课题的重点和难点,硬件设计主要是对垂直控制系统各功能件进行选型和分析,软件设计主要是编写垂直控制系统里涉及的PLC子程序等。

【Abstract】 With train’speed of our country becoming faster and faster, rail flatness requirements are also increasing. The quality of rail directly affects the safe operation of trains and passengers ride comfort. At present, China’s rail welding commonly used flash welding, but a welding tumor will always leave in the welding seam after welding.In order to meet the requirements of rail flatness,we must remove the welding tumor.But the present grinding device is difficult to meet the requirements of batch processing.So we urgently need to develop a efficient and Stable performance rail grinding machine for batch processing.In this paper,the rail fine grinding mechine uses profiling fitting grinding principle to grind rail’top and side within one meter. The entire grinding process can be divided into two aspects which includes the vertical feeding and swinging around,and this paper is mainly for the designing of vertical feeding.This paper includes the following sections:the overall mechanical design of the rail fine grinding machine,the actuator designing of the vertical lifting mechanism,and the hardware and software design of vertical servo system. The overall design of the machine including the identification of the processing principle, overall layout and sports assignments.The design of vertical servo actuator includes the determination of the vertical lifting mechanism, the calculation of the transmission parts selection and testing of component design and selection, the calculation and selection of the transmission parts and the design and selection of the detection elements. The control system uses a semi-closed loop control and includes Q02H high-performance PLC, MR-J3-350A servo amplifier and QD75M4positioning module in order to fulfill the control of vertical lifting mechanism. In this paper,the hardware and software design of vertical servo system is the focus and difficulty.The hardware design is mainly selection and analysis which is the various components of the vertical control system,and the software design is mainly writing PLC subroutine of the vertical control system.
