【摘要】 土地整治是按照土地利用总体规划,对田、水、路、林、村综合整治,提高耕地质量,增加有效耕地面积,改善农业生产条件和生态环境的途径。土地整治规划在编制、审批和实施过程中均涉及大量图件、并需要实时进行更新,而ArcGIS因其强大的图形编辑和空间数据分析功能,正在越来越广泛的应用于土地规划设计之中。在具体的土地整治规划工作中,专题地图较其他表现形式更直观、表现力强、易于理解的优势,图件辅助规划文本和说明有着展示和指导作用,在公众参与度越来越高的环境下,专题图又集宣传和使用于一体,所以地图制作质量的好坏对土地整治规划有极大的影响。本文利用XX市土地二次调查成果为实验数据,结合地图制图学和土地整治的相关理论知识,使用ArcGIS为软件平台,利用其地图符号设计功能,设计了满足土地整治规划要求各要素的符号库系统；并深入研究了制图功能中的注记功能,通过深入的研究及试验,制作的图件满足了土地整治规划中各项注记要求。论文所做的工作如下：1.在土地利用总体规划符号库基础上进行添加、删除和新建,利用ArcGIS自身携带符号库的优势,利用基础符号进行组合或添加在其他平台制作的符号图片等方式,制作了一套符合土地整治规程要求的符号库系统。在制作符号库进行各地类编码时,为了方便后期制图工作,首先将其国家土地二调地形图图式标准中地理要素分类及编码完全对应,达到在地物符号填充时通过地物属性码与相应的符号编码匹配能自动实现的目的。2.根据项目区土地利用现状情况并结合实地调查数据,依据土地整治的相关理论评价各县(区)新增耕地的潜力大小。由于数据量较大,在研究了潜力大小的计算方法的基础上,利用visio studio2008开发了潜力测算工具。3.在前期工作的基础上,基于ArcGIS软件,利用全国第二次土地调查成果制作了土地利用现状图,并根据不同的整治类型应用潜力评价计算出的新增耕地潜力,制作了专题地图。更多还原

【Abstract】 Land management is in accordance with the general land use planning, field, river, road, forest, village comprehensive improvement, improve the quality of cultivated land, increase effective arable land, improve agricultural production conditions and ecological environment. Land reclamation planning in the process of preparation, approval and implementation involves a large number of datum, and needs to be updated in real time.And ArcGlS has powerful graphics editing functions and spatial data analysis.It is widely used in land planning and design. In the concrete work of land renovation plan, thematic maps are more intuitive, strong expressive force than other forms, and have the advantage of easy to understand. Thematic maps datum aid planning text and illustration with features and guiding role, many degrees in public participation in environment is higher and higher, thematic map and integrating promotion and use, so the mapping quality has great influence on land renovation plan.Using the results of XX city’s secondary land survey as experimental data for this thesis, combination with the cartography and land management related theory knowledge, using the ArcGIS software platform and the function of map symbol design, we designed the symbol library satisfies the requirement of land reclamation planning each element of the system. And further research the function of mapping function of note, through in-depth study, map production process meets the demand of the land reclamation planning in the note.The main contents are as follows:1. Based on the general land use planning symbol library and the advantage of ArcGIS self having the symbol library, we make a set of meet the requirements of the procedures for land reclamation symbol library system through adding and deleting them. When making the symbol library class coding, in order to facilitate later drawing work, has the state land two adjustable geographical elements in topographic map schema standard classification and coding completely, reaches in feature symbol filled by object attribute code automatic matching with the corresponding symbol encoding implementation purposes.2. According to the project area land use present situation and combining with field survey data, we evaluate of various counties (districts) of new potential of cultivated land size according to relevant theories of land management. Due to large amount of data, on the basis of the visio studio2008environment I developed the potential measurement tools after studying the potential size of the calculation method. 3. On the base of the preliminary work, based on the ArcMAP software, we make the land utilization present situation chart in use of the second national land survey results. We calculated the potential of new land according to the different types of application potential evaluation, and made a thematic map.更多还原
