预应力混凝土连续刚构桥施工监控分析研究

【摘要】 近年来,随着我国交通事业的迅速发展,桥梁建设能力不断提高,预应力混凝土连续刚构桥作为一种大跨度桥梁,以其造价低廉、行车舒适、养护方便、耐久性高等独特优势在桥梁领域越来越受到重视,并得到了广泛的应用。由于预应力混凝土桥的施工过程漫长而复杂,为了保证内力控制合理、合龙精度符合要求以及成桥线形与设计线形相吻合,必须在桥梁施工阶段进行施工监控工作。本文概述了预应力混凝土连续刚构桥的结构和力学优点及对其监控的意义和发展概况,详细阐述了施工监控的内容、控制方法、影响因素、施工控制系统的组成、施工过程的模拟分析方法以及施工控制校核验算的必要性,并以巴中回风大桥这一工程项目为背景,结合实际情况(工程概况、结构及施工特点等),论述了监控方案(包括施工控制目的,现场测试量,线形、应力、基础沉降及主梁温度场的实时测量)的设计,及时记录了监控成果,并进行了详细分析,最后讨论了对结构影响较大的混凝土徐变系数的取值。在上述过程中,本文借助大型有限元分析软件Midas/Civil2010对实桥进行了仿真数值模拟,介绍了施工阶段分析控制、特征值分析控制及PSC设计的步骤,做了参数敏感性分析。并利用灰色理论对线形误差进行科学有效地预测,进而指导施工。

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the rapid development of our traffic and the increasing capacity of the bridge construction, the prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge,which is the long-span bridge,has received more and more attention and a wide range of applications in bridges field as result of its unique advantages of low cost, comfortable driving conditions, convenient maintenance and high durability. The prestressed concrete bridge construction process is long and complex, in order to ensure the reasonable control of the internal forces, the precision of the closure and the consistency between the bridge line shape and the design line shape, construction monitoring work must be carried out in the bridge construction stage.This paper provides an overview of the prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge structure, mechanical advantages, significance of its monitoring and development overview.Then, it elaborates the contents of construction control, control methods, influencing factors, the composition of construction control system, the way of simulating and analyzing construction process and the necessity of the construction control checking in detail. Through the project of Bazhong Hui Feng Bridge and its actual situation (project overview, structural and construction features), this paper discourses the design of the monitoring program (including construction control system, field testing, and measurements of the line shape, stress, settlement of foundation and temperature field of main beams in real time), timely recording of monitoring results and analysis. Finally,the paper discusses the value of the concrete creep coefficient which greatly influences structures.In the above process, with the help of large finite element software Midas/Civil2010, this paper simulates the actual bridge, introduces the steps of analysis of the construction phase, eigenvalue analysis and the PSC design and analyzes the sensitivity of the parameters. It also scientifically and effectively forecasts the errors of the line shape,and then guide the construction through the grey theory.
