双层初期支护在大变形隧道中的应用技术研究

【摘要】 随着中国铁路隧道的不断发展,隧道施工中经常遇到大变形的灾害,隧道发生大变形后难免会出现施工安全隐患、施工进度延缓、造价攀升、施工质量降低等一系列问题,为避免在施工中出现大变形而导致的重复施工,对于易产生大变形的隧道工程进行机理的研究,掌握大变形的发生、发展规律,采取合理的施工措施,不等灾害发生即可得到治理,可最大限度的减少损失。隧道大变形的处置方式多种多样,不同的大变形处置方式有不同的支护效果。本文以牡绥线扩能改造工程兴源隧道的现场地质状况、设计方案、施工方法、围岩大变形状况等为研究对象,采用理论分析、地质分析、现场试验、模型计算等手段研究双层初期支护在大变形隧道中的应用效果。其研究的主要内容如下:(1)综合分析大变形隧道的变形规律,确定其发生大变形的原因,研究隧道大变形不同处置方案。(2)对双层初期支护的力学理论基础进行分析,研究双层初期支护施设过程中存在不同力学传递方式,分析双层初期支护的受力机理及横截面应力分配特征,针对围岩荷载的受力机理采取可靠的支护方式。(3)利用MIDAS/GTS、FLAC3D两种分析软件,结合现场实际,建立隧道双层初期支护结构分析二维与三维模型,分析结构在施工过程中的受力变化规律,计算结构不同部位的安全系数,最终确定双层初期支护一二层厚度合理的分配方式,第二层初期支护施设的合理时机,结合现场监控量测数据确定合理的预留变形量,同时分析系统锚固对结构安全的影响。(4)对兴源隧道双层初期支护段落进行现场监控量测,并对监控量测数据进行分析处理,分析双层初期支护施工中的薄弱部位,评价双层初期支护在兴源隧道的应用效果。之后根据现场监控数据指导施工,保证隧道施工安全,同时也为双层初期支护的设计参数提供了可靠的事实依据。

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of railway tunnel in China, the tunnel construction often encountered the large deformation disasters, when large deformation occurred in the tunnel construction,there will inevitably be safety hidden trouble、construction schedule delay、cost rising、the reduced construction quality and a series of problems,to avoid the repeated construction caused by the construction of large deformation, studying on the mechanism of easy generating large deformation of the tunnel project,controlling the occurrence and development of large deformation regularity, taking reasonable construction measures, disaster has been managed before it occurred,so that we can minimize the loss.There are different ways in treating tunnel’s large deformation, the different ways of disposal of large deformation with different supporting effect.This article based on the xingyuan tunnel in revamping/expansion of Musui region line engineering,studying the site geological conditions, design scheme, construction method, the condition of large deformation of surrounding rock and so on, it uses the theoretical analysis、 geological analysis、field experiment、model calculation and so on to research the double primary support in large deformation tunnel’s effect.The main content of the research are as follows:(1) The article comprehensive analyses the regularity of the large deformation tunnel,determines the causes of the large deformation, studies different disposal schemes on the large deformation tunnel.(2) Article analyses the basis of mechanics theory in the double primary support, studies the different mechanical transmission ways existing in the construction process of the double primary support, analyses the stress mechanism of the double primary support and the stress distribution characteristics on the cross section, according to the stress mechanism of the surrounding rock loading taking reasonable supporting ways.(3) We use two finite element analysis software MIDAS/GTS, FLAC3D, Combined with the actual, set up the2d and3d analysis model of the double primary support structure in the tunnel, analyse the structure’s stress changing law in the construction process, calculate the safety coefficient from the different parts of the structure, ultimately determine the distribution way of the first and second layer thickness of the double primary support, the reasonable time to the second initial supporting facilities, combined with field monitoring data to determine the reasonable reserve deformation, at the same time analyse the anchoring system effect on structure safety. (4Construction organization does on-site monitoring measurement at the double primary support passages in xingyuan tunnel, and process the monitoring data, analyses the weak positions during the construction of the double primary support, evaluate the application effect of the double primary support in xingyuan tunnel. And then guides the construction According to the scene monitoring data, ensures the safety of tunnel construction, as well as provides a reliable basis parameters in the design of double primary support.
