【摘要】 农村留守儿童是我国城镇化进程中衍生的特殊群体。伴随着城镇化的加快,大批农民涌入城市,但由于城乡二元户籍的限制而不能真正成为城市人,在户籍、教育、经济条件等多种因素的制约下,他们进城务工时不得不选择将孩子留在农村的家里。农村留守儿童安全问题产生的根本原因是父母一方或双方外出务工而导致的和孩子长期分离。要应对好农村留守儿童问题中比较尖锐的留守儿童安全问题,需要各级政府、学校、家庭、社区等多方的共同努力。农村社区是农村留守儿童的主要生活场所,从已有的研究和报道中发现,农村留守儿童安全事故也多发生在留守儿童所在的农村社区内。农村留守儿童的安全问题及解决与他们所在的农村社区有着紧密的联系。在父母照顾缺失和监护人照顾不足的情况下,留守儿童的安全面临着诸多威胁。在这种前提下,需要发挥农村社区应有的功能和作用,留守儿童安全保障的社区支持具有一定的现实意义和可行性。本文在梳理已有研究成果的基础上,运用问卷调查和访谈的方法,对前寨村留守儿童面临的安全问题类型以及安全保障的社区支持现状进行了分析和探讨,并以农村社区的角度提出了农村留守儿童安全保障的思考和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rural left-behind children is the derivative of the special group in the urbanization process in our country. Along with the urbanization speeding up, a large number of farmers into cities, but due to the limitation of urban and rural household registration cannot become man city, in the household registration, education, economic conditions and other factors under the restriction of their migrant workers had to choose to keep the children in the rural home. Rural left-behind children’s safety is the fundamental cause of the problem caused by one or both parents go out workers and children separated for a long time. To deal with good sharp of left-behind children in rural left-behind children problem security problems, needs all levels of government, school, family, community, etc.Rural community is the main living place of rural left-behind children, from existing research and the report found that rural left-behind children safety accidents also happen in more left-behind children in rural communities. Thus, rural safety problems of left-behind children in rural community with are closely linked. In his parents’ lack of care and guardians under the condition of insufficient care, left-behind children’s safety is facing many threats. Under this premise, you need to play the function and role of rural community, left-behind children security community support has a certain practical significance and feasibility.Combed in this paper, on the basis of existing research results, using the method of questionnaire and interview, the former walled village left-behind children’s safety problem types, and the community support security present situation has carried on the analysis and discussion, and put forward rural left-behind children security in rural communities of thinking and suggestions.更多还原
