【摘要】 多晶硅项目是化工工程项目的一个新兴分支,伴随我国首套千吨级多晶硅项目的投产与运行,良好的经济效益起到了示范作用,近年来多晶硅项目建设在我国得到快速的爆发式发展。由于多昌硅项目物料及工艺的特殊性,给参与多晶硅项目的建设设者提出了更高的管理要求。本文以四川新光硅业1260吨/年多晶硅产业化示范项目的施工建设为背景,介绍了改良西门子工艺多晶硅项目的特点与技术难点,研究多晶硅项目施工管理的施工组织与控制、技术管理程序与方法、质量控制要点与措施、安全符理组织与措施、进度控制方法和措施,对项目创优管理的注意事项以及项目创优申报程序也进行了详细的阐述.通过对新光硅业多晶硅项目施工管理的研究,为从事多晶硅项目施工管理的人员提供参考的管理模式和管理方法：通过对改良西门子工业多晶硅工艺的技术难点和控制要点的分析,采取有针对性的组织措施和技术措施,有效保证了多晶硅项目的施工质量、确保项目建设设备和人员的安全,对保证装置产品的质量起到了至关重要的作用,为从事多晶硅项目技术管理、质量安全管理提供有益的参考。创优管理是项目质量管理的延伸,本文通过对新光硅业多晶硅项目创优管理的策划、过程实施控制、资料收集整理以及申报流程和程序的阐述,可为项目创优管理工作提供参考。更多还原
