【摘要】 本论文简要回顾了上个世纪90年代,SOHO建筑被引入国内后的蓬勃发展历程。在分析SOHO建筑的优势和弊端之后,论文指出SOHO建筑依然存在诸多设计难点,而SOHO建筑交往空间设计就是其中的难点之一。随后,论文结合SOHO人群交往现状,说明了SOHO建筑交往空间设计的重要性,指名良好交往氛围对促进SOHO人士交往活动的巨大意义。在提出问题之后,针对问题在成都范围内展开了相关调研。调研主要包括两部分内容：SOHO人群“行为—空间”特征问卷调查和SOHO建筑交往空间案例调研。在问卷调查部分,论文采用了对比分析方法,通过辨析普通居住人群、SOHO人群和小型公司办公楼人群的“行为—空间”现状,突显出SOHO人群“行为—空间”特征。在案例调研部分,论文采用抽样分析的方式,掌握了成都SOHO建筑交往空间设计和使用现状。随后,论文结合成都SOHO人群行为特征、空间需求特征和成都SOHO建筑交往空间现状,指明成都SOHO建筑交往空间设计主要难点为：混合型、小户型和个性化交往空间设计三个方而,并针对设计难点提出了成都SOHO建筑交往空间设计的总体策略。最后,围绕总体设计策略,论文按照从公共到私密空间层次,对SOHO建筑交往空间进行详细的设计说明,并提出了相应的设计处理手法。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper briefly reviewed the booming history of SOHO building, which had been brought into our country in the1990s. Analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of SOHO buildings, we pointed out that many difficulties still existed in the SOHO building design, for example one of that is the communication space design of SOHO building. Subsequently, paper notes importance of building communication space design combining the SOHO crowd interaction, which a good atmosphere is of great importance to promote the SOHO persons’s communication.After the questions, problems within related research in Chengdu.Research consist mainly of two parts:the SOHO crowd behavior questionnaire and intercourse space in SOHO architecture case studies.In questionnaire surveys, comparative analysis method was used. Through the analysis of intercourses among the General resident population, SOHO groups and small office building’s officers, SOHO crowd behavior was exposed. In the cases of communication space survey, we used an analysis method of sample analysis, focuses on the analysis in the paper wider, mastering Chengdu SOHO building communication space design and application status.Subsequently, combined with Chengdu SOHO crowd behavior, characteristics and spatial demand actuality of building space, communication space design of Chengdu SOHO building, major difficulties as identified:mixed type, small size and personalized communication space design in three dimensions, overall strategy of Chengdu SOHO building was proposed on account of design difficulties. Finally, centred on overall design strategy, this paper showed detailed design description of the communication space on SOHO buildings from public to private space level, and proposed an appropriate design approach.更多还原
