【摘要】 历史文化地段作为城市的重要组成部分,良好的保护与建设能够在城市更新中发挥巨大的社会和经济效益。当前历史文化地段的保护建设的话语权,多以占据主导地位的专家学者从自身观点出发,就保护本身讨论保护,而缺乏对整个运营过程的把控,从而造成历史文化地段中保护性破坏,严重影响了历史文化地段内物质与非物质遗产的传承。本文通过实际案例的分析研究,探讨不同运营机制及其实施下对历史文化地段保护建设的影响以及不同人群在运营实施中的诉求。本次研究运用定性与定量结合、宏观与微观结合、比较与分类研究等方法,以下列内容为研究重点：选取典型案例对其沿革、运营主体与策略以及带来的效果进行评价,以此为基础对运营机制的类型进行划分；研究运营机制实施整个过程中每个阶段对历史文化地段的影响变化；总结不同运营机制的优缺点以及当前运营中的突出矛盾；通过运营机制实施下的社会需求与空间需求调查分析,了解主要涉及群体关注的焦点,以此为基础围绕历史文化地段的性质,总结更新各阶段注重的要点以及运营实施的原则。本文以运营机制对历史文化地段的保护建设影响为切入点,为历史文化地段的更新运作实施提供新的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The history and culture area as an important part of the city, good protection and con-struction play a huge social and economic benefits in the urban renewal. The voice of the protection and construction of history and culture area are dominant by the own point of view from experts and scholars, discuss the protection is to protect itself but lack of com-mand of the whole operation process, seriously affect the inheritance of Material and non-material heritage sites of the history and culture area. This article through the analysis of actual case studies, discussing the impacts of different operating mechanism to implement on the protection and construction of history and culture area and demands of different crowd in operation.The research of this article is based on the following methods:qualitative and quantita-tive; macro and micro; comparison and classification. In the following content as the research focus:dividing the type of operating mechanism base on the historical evolution、 operating subject、strategy and implementation of performance evaluation of typical cases, researching the influence of each stage of operating mechanism in historical areas, summary the advantages and disadvantages of different operating mechanism and Current prominent contradictions of operations. Through the investigation and analysis of social requirements and space requirements, to understand the focus of mainly involve group. On this basis, around the nature of the historical area, summary the point each update stage that must be pay attention to and the operating principles.This article uses the connection between operating mechanism and historical and cultur-al area, providing new ideas for historical and cultural area update operation.更多还原
