【摘要】 当今企业的竞争已不再是单个企业的个体行为，而是供应链环节上各个节点企业共同参与的整体竞争。要想获得整体竞争优势，就必须挖掘供应链上各节点企业独特的核心竞争力，并使每个节点企业充分利用其特有的知识和资源，以有效地发挥各自的优势和专长。IT服务外包正是顺应了供应链环境下的竞争而在近些年获得了迅猛发展，但目前国内IT服务外包市场依然还处在起步阶段，有很多不成熟不完善的地方，IT服务外包又是一个复杂的系统工程，牵涉到上至企业战略管理下至桌面运维的方方面面，其中蕴含着不少的风险，有些风险可能造成企业错失良机，有些则直接给企业带来重大损失，因此对IT服务外包企业的风险控制研究具有重要的现实意义和实用价值。本文从IT服务外包及其发展入手，从IT服务外包的风险因素、风险表现以及风险形成机制延伸，以W公司的IT服务外包作为研究对象，针对W公司遭遇到的服务质量风险及IT能力削弱风险方面的问题，分析其成因，在这基础上，结合W企业IT外包的特点，对W公司的这两种风险控制提出了针对性的应对措施，提出了IT外包商的评估要素、服务考核条款的制定以及有选择地引入第三方监理以规避风险控制风险。希望本文的观点可以更好地为其他企业做好风险控制提供借鉴作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays the competition is not only an individual action of one company, it is acombined competition with all the companies joined in a supply chain. To obtain suchan advantage, it is a must to find the unique core competition of each companies on thechain, and make each company utilize its particular knowledge and resources, so thatthey can present their own advantage and characters. Along such a kind of competitionunder the environment of the supply chain, in recent years IT outsourcing growsrapidly. But, the present IT outsourcing market is still on the primary stage, exist lots ofunmature and defective aspects, however IT outsourcing is a complex engineeringsystem, from up to the company strategy to down to helpdesk issue, many risks arehidden among them, some might cause the company misses a good opportunity, somecan directly bring great loss to the company, as a result, it is a significant and valuableaction to study the risk control of IT outsourcing.This thesis will start from the conception of IT outsourcing and its currentdevelopment, from its typical risk factors and common risk phenomenon, then take theIT outsourcing of W company as the study object, aiming at its risk control issues,analyze their causes. Based on above analysis, take the characters of IT outsourcing ofW company into consideration, finally advise the corresponding measures. Hope thatthe views of this thesis can provide some ideas to the IT outsourcing of othercompanies.更多还原
