【摘要】 家具产业随着人类文明的进步而发展，其与人类生存的环境密切相关，因此家具产业形象地被冠以“民生产业”的称号。中华民族五千年悠久的历史文化底蕴造就了家具独特的生命气息，家具产业在新中国建立后迈进了新的发展时期，1978年改革开放的浪潮又促使家具产业进入高速发展期,我国家具出口和总产值近年来均占据世界第一的位置,迈入了世界家具大国的行列。然而，据调查数据显示：2008年中国家具人均年产值约为12.7万元，其规模以上的企业人均年产值约为17.8万元,与发达国家人均约一百万元年产值还相差甚远，这表明中国家具行业还未能进入世界家具强国之列，中国家具产业依然任重而道远。随着全球金融危机的爆发和国内经济增长放缓，家具产业的发展面临着巨大的挑战。产业组织理论主要是研究市场在不完全竞争条件下的企业行为和市场结构，而其核心内容是SCP范式，即以研究市场结构、行为和绩效去发现产业组织中存在的问题。政府运用产业组织分析，制定相应的产业发展政策以提高市场绩效。本文从市场的结构、行为和绩效三个方面，利用产业经济学的SCP理论对家具产业的发展状况进行了分析，并且从政府角度提出了优化家具产业组织的对策和建议。本文的结构如下：绪论部分首先阐述了本文研究的背景和意义，界定了一些相关概念，以及说明本文的研究方法等；然后在对产业组织理论分析工具SCP范式的概念、来源及其发展等内容做简要介绍的基础上，对家具产业研究中所采用的SCP框架内容做进一步阐述。第二章则简单地回顾了家具产业的国内外发展情况。本文在第三、四、五章中使用SCP框架对家具产业的市场结构、市场行为和市场绩效三方面进行研究。第六章是家具产业发展的现状以及促进中国家具产业发展的政策分析和最后的结语。更多还原

【Abstract】 The furniture was born in ancient human society，five thousand years of richhistory and culture created a unique life of furniture. The reform and opening uppromote a vibrant forward the rapid development of furniture industry. Chinesefurniture exports and output value has occupied the first position in the world in recentyears. Chinese furniture per capita annual output of value is about12.7million, thescale enterprises above its per capita annual output of value is about17.8million, stillfar away from the developed countries’ per capita annual output of value which is about$1million, so that the Chinese furniture industry also haven’t into the best furniturecountries.Industrial organization theory is the study of corporate behavior and the marketstructure of the market in imperfectly competitive conditions that the core part is theSCP paradigm. The SCP paradigm is to discover the existing problems in industrialorganization, and that is to study the market structure, conduct and performance. Usingthe Industrial Economics SCP theory，from the aspects of the market structure, conductand performance to development the furniture industry analysis, and proposedcountermeasures to optimize the furniture industry organizations from the government,industry associations and business organizations.更多还原
