【摘要】 随着知识经济时代的到来,知识已成为最主要的财富来源,而知识工作者是企业最有生命力的资产,其知识管理实践就显得尤为重要。本文采用文献调研、系统分析、问卷调查以及实地调查等方法对兰州工业技术研究所现有的业务进行了功能上的划分,通过研究现有的知识管理制度、知识共享协作状况与工作流程,利用知识管理理论与信息系统设计方法,制定了新的知识管理制度、建立了知识共享协作系统,改善了现有的工作流程并提出了组织实施建议。在系统设计时通过增加新的功能模块,整合现有模块,并提出了与之配套的流程再造方案与保障规划,提高了兰州工业技术研究所的知识管理水平,改善了工作效率。我们具体就知识共享协作系统进行了研究,通过版本控制系统实现显性知识共享；通过技术讨论隐性知识收集系统、项目进行中的半成品及副产品收集系统、技术人员过往经验收集系统、技术人员专长统计系统等实现隐性知识共享；通过社交网络系统、学术社区(BBS)系统、电子会议系统进行通用协作子系统的部署；通过维基知识库系统、分布式数字化资料系统、规则与方法系统实现知识库子系统的建立。我们通过设计并应用知识共享协作系统,将知识管理理论与方法的研究应用到兰州工业技术研究所,检验实证效果,提升兰州工业技术研究所的工作效率和实力,同时也给同行业相关企业提供知识管理理论与实践的参考与借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become the most important source of wealth, and knowledge workers is the most vital assets in the enterprise knowledge management practices is particularly important. In this paper, literature research, systems analysis, questionnaire and field survey methods such as the functional division of the existing business of the Industrial Technology Research Institute of Lanzhou, by studying existing knowledge management system, knowledge sharing and collaboration status and workflow, knowledge management and information system design methods to develop new knowledge management system, establish a knowledge-sharing collaboration system, improve existing work processes and the organization and implementation of recommendations. By adding new functional modules in the system design and integration of existing modules and a complete set of process reengineering programs and security planning, improve the level of knowledge management of the Lanzhou Institute of Industrial Technology, improve the working efficiency.Specific knowledge-sharing collaboration system, to achieve explicit knowledge shared through the version control system; discuss tacit knowledge through technical collection systems, semi-finished products and by-products in the collection system project, technicians historical experience collection system, the expertise of technical staff statistical system tacit knowledge sharing; knowledge through social network system, the academic community (BBS) systems, electronic meeting system for the deployment of common collaboration subsystem; wiki knowledge-based systems, distributed digital information systems, rules and methods library subsystems establishment.Through the design and application of knowledge-sharing collaboration systems, knowledge management theory and methods applied to the Lanzhou Institute of Industrial Technology, test the empirical effect, to enhance the efficiency and strength of the Lanzhou Institute of Industrial Technology, but also to the relevant companies of the same industry reference and experience of knowledge management theory and practice.更多还原
