【副题名】以西北地区农民专业合作社生成的微观考察为例

【摘要】 近年来,在现实需求的拉动和国家相关政策的推动下,我国农民合作运动蓬勃发展。自2007年国家颁布《中华人民共和国农民专业合作社法》以来,农民专业合作社无论是从数量上还是从质量上都有巨大的进步与提升。从农民合作社的名字上讲看,更多的是强调农民之间的合作,大多数研究基于经济学的视角认为合作行为的发生是建立在共同利益之上的,但这与现实中有着共同利益的农民不少没有出现合作行为或根本就没有产生过合作意愿的事实相违背。因此,农民合作行为的发生原因还要更深入的因素有待挖掘和探讨。作者认为,村民实质经济合作行为的发生必须以在一定的空间中所生产出的社会资本为基础。改革开放30年来,我国乡村的行政嵌入型公共空间和内生型公共空间都发生了深刻的变化。本文以甘肃、青海、宁夏三省(区)部分地区的实地调查资料为依据,考察乡村公共空间正在发生的变化,研究不同类型的乡村公共空间与农民合作行为之间的关系。研究认为,大范围、高频率接触、半开放的公开空间可以为农民提供最佳的交往场所,产生出相对充分的社会资本,因此对促进农民合作行为发生最有利,反之亦然。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, pulling in the real demand and promoting relevant national policy, the cooperative movement among farmers in Northwest China has vigorously developed. Since2007, the government issued the "law of the People’s Republic law on farmers’ professional cooperatives", farmers’ professional co-operatives has great progress and improve in quantity and in quality. From the name of farmers cooperatives, which more is to emphasize the cooperation between farmers, most studies from the perspective of economics argue that the occurrence of cooperative behavior is based on common interests, but the reality is that a lot of cooperatives did not appear or no produced willingness is based on common interest. Therefore, more in-depth factor causes the farmer cooperative behavior need to explore and discuss.The behavior of the farmers’co-occurrence of the real economy must be in a certain space which can produce social capital. Reform and opening up30years, our country rural administrative embedded type public space and endogenous type public space are both having had experienced profound change. This article is based on the survey data of parts of Gansu, Qinghai, and Ningxia Provinces in the northwest China; to visit the changes of rural public space is taking place and research the relationship between different types of rural public space with farmers’ cooperative behavior. Analysts believe that large-scale, high-frequency contact, semi-open public spaces can provide people with the best place of exchanges, produce relatively adequate social capital, and therefore, to promote cooperative behavior occurs most favorable.更多还原
