【摘要】 21世纪,经济增长与资源环境的矛盾日益加大。甘肃省是资源大省,同时又是中国的经济欠发达省区,煤炭产业作为甘肃省的主要能源产业和支柱产业,与资源环境协调发展的压力尤为突出。在未来经济发展中,如何实现转型和跨越式发展,是甘肃煤炭产业亟待解决的重大课题。从国内外产业发展的趋势而言,发展循环经济是甘肃煤炭产业发展的必由之路。本文运用产业经济学、区域经济学以及循环经济的相关理论,首先在对甘肃煤炭产业发展的历程和现状进行全面回顾和梳理总结的基础上,探讨了甘肃煤炭产业发展循环经济的必要性；其次,通过构建甘肃省煤炭产业循环经济发展水平评价指标体系,并运用主成分分析法对甘肃省煤炭产业循环经济发展水平进行了客观评价；最后结合甘肃省煤炭产业当前面临的形势,探讨了其发展循环经济的路径选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the21st century, the contradiction between economic growth and resources environment is increasing. Gansu is a big province of resources, while is less developed province of China, the coal industry stand as the primary energy industry and the pillar industry in Gansu province, the pressure of developing harmonically with resources and environment is particularly outstanding. In the future, how to realize the transformation and leapfrog development, is a major issue to be solved for Gansu coal industry. From the tendency of industrial development at home and abroad, the only way of Gansu coal industry development is developing circular economy.This paper uses relevant theories of industrial economics,regional economics and circular economy, First of all, bases on the comprehensive review and summary of history and current situation of coal industry development in gansu, discusses the necessity of developing circular economy in Gansu coal industry;The second, by constructing the evaluation index system of circular economy development level of coal industry in Gansu province, uses the principal component analysis (pea) to evaluate the level of the coal industry develop circular economy in gansu province;The last, combines the current faced situation of Gansu coal industry,discusses its path choice of developing circular economy in the future.更多还原
