国有部门和非国有部门收入性别差异的对比及其影响因素研究

【摘要】 在经济体制改革前,中国女性劳动年龄人口基本实现了普遍就业,中国的收入性别差异并不明显。经济体制改革以来,收入性别差异是劳动力市场中性别关系最直接的表现形式,有关中国收入性别差异的研究成了社会学研究的一个重要课题。现在已有的有关收入性别差异的研究主要是围绕着市场转型(市场化)与性别平等之间的关系展开的,也有关于再分配与性别平等之间关系的研究。木文通过对CGSS2008数据的分析,得出无论在国有部门还是非国有部门中,男性劳动力的收入都要高于女性;政治资本是影响国有部门收入性别差异的主要因素;人力资本是影响非国有部门收入性别差异的主要因素;职业类型对国有部门收入性别差异的影响要大于非国有部门;市场化程度对国有部门的收入性别差异具有潜在影响;职业类型对非国有部门中收入性别差异具有潜在影响等结论。

【Abstract】 Prior to the reform of the economic system, the Chinese women working-age population is basically achieve universal employment income is not obvious gender differences. Since the reform of the economic system, income, gender differences are the most direct manifestation of gender relations in the labor market, so the gender differences in income has become an important subject of sociological research. The income gender differences existing mainly around the market transition (market-oriented) expand the relationship between gender equality, on the relationship between redistribution and Gender Equality. In this paper, the analysis of the data CGSS2008obtained in terms of the state-owned sector or non-state sector, male labor income should be higher than the female; political capital income gender differences affect the state sector; human capital is the impact of the non-state sector the main factors of the gender pay differences; type of the state-owned sector gender pay differences is greater than the non-state sector; degree of market revenue gender differences of the state sector has a potential impact; type of the income gender differences in the non-state sector has a potential impact conclusions.
