【摘要】 社区文化能提高人的素质,促进社区和社会全面发展。人的全面发展的程度,是衡量一个社会文明进步的重要尺度。社区文化通过各种各样的活动和方式,起到娱乐人、陶冶人、提升人的作用,从而提高社区的文明程度。社区文化使社区生活秩序和活动更规范、更具系统化,在各种文化活动中社区共同体能够更好沟通关系、和睦友善。这有助于社区共同体认同感和归属感的增强,也有益于社区凝聚力的增强。而社区共同体的素质提升和凝聚力的增强,又能促进社区共同体自觉主动地关心社区事务,热心改善社区环境,积极参与社区文化,形成良好的社区氛围,为自己安居乐业创造良好的环境,也为社会和谐发展做出贡献。从客观上说,我国的社区建设还处在起步阶段,社区文化建设与发展更是处在一个刚刚入门、相对初级的水平。随着我国的城市社区建设向纵深推进,对于社区文化发展水平的要求也会随之提高。因此,对社区文化的建设研究也必须不断拓展和深化。由于每个社区自身的客观情况不同,影响社区建设的因素也各不相同,所以,社区文化的建设要因地制宜,结合自身特色,开展适合自身发展的文化建设。本文主要探讨广州市白云区金沙街新凤社区的社区文化建设。通过对新凤社区开展有关社区文化建设和发展现状的问卷调查,分析了新凤社区文化建设取得的成果和不足之处。最后通过借鉴国内外的经验启示,探讨新凤社区文化建设的对策和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of social civilization is measured by the comprehensive qualities of the citizen, which can be improved by the cultural construction of urban community. Cultural construction of urban community can also enhance the Cultural development of the community and foster the comprehensive developments of the whole society by entertaining and cultivating the local residents.Through Cultural activities of the community, the residents can know and understand each other; finally they can become good friends. In this process people can enhance sense of belonging and sense of identity to the community. Meanwhile they will involve themselves more in the affairs of the community and help to improve the environment of the community and build a harmonious society.Generally speaking, the construction of the community of china is in its primary stage. As the cultural development of the urban community, we need to focus more on the study of it.Different community has different situation. The factors which influence the construction of different community also vary. This paper discuss factors hinder the cultural construction of Xinfeng community and analyzes the achievements and shortcomings of the cultural construction of Xinfeng community. In the end, the paper gives some the strategies and suggestions that can contribute to the cultural construction of the community.更多还原
