【摘要】 西安是我国西北重要的工业城市,大型工业企业在区域发展中占据着主导地位,以上市公司为代表的大型工业企业的扩张行为对区域经济发展、产业结构的演化等具有重要影响。本研究从扩张方式、扩张战略和空间扩张三个方面分析了西安14家工业类上市公司1996至2010年的扩张行为,并分析了扩张对区域经济发展的影响。研究发现：西安市大型工业类上市公司扩张方式以内部扩张方式为主,外部扩张为辅；扩张战略以一体化扩张战略为主,多元化扩张战略为辅；空间扩张主要以本地扩张为主,异地扩张较少,存在“邻近扩张”特征。在企业扩张对区域经济发展的影响方面,研究表明：西安市大型工业类上市公司扩张对区域总量的贡献越来越大,推动了区域经济的发展；企业扩张中,重工业企业规模扩张绩效要优于轻工业企业,轻工业多元化扩张战略并没有带来预计的收益,反而使轻工业企业主营业务产品产量降低,产值比重降低,区域工业结构有进一步加“重”的趋势。以交通运输设备制造业为主的装备制造业越来越成为西安市的支柱产业；14家上市公司中,12家为国控企业,国控上市公司的发展导致了“国进民退”趋势；西安市大型工业类上市公司的发展和扩张行为影响了区域工业发展的空间布局,产业集聚效应显著,各类工业园区发展迅速,促进了区域工业集群化发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Xi’an is an important industrial city in Northwestern China. The large industrial enterprises are dominant in regional economic development, and the expansions of listed companies played an important role in regional economic development. This paper analyzed the expansion behaviors of14industrial listed companies of Xi’an from year1996to2010through three aspects, namely expansion channels, expansion strategy and spatial expansion. The influences of expansion on regional economic development were also analyzed. It is found that industrial listed companies expanded mainly by internal investment, and the external expansion played a supplementary role; integration expansion was dominant, and diversified expansion was complementary; the majority of expansion behaviors happened locally, with the feature of "adjacent expansion". The influences of expansions on regional economic developmed were shown in five aspects:expansions led to regional economic growth; light industrial companies tended to diversify their products, and many diversified activities lay in bad operations, wheareas heavy industrial companies enlarged their original production with product upgrading, leading to increase in the value proportion of heavy industries and decrease in that of light industries. The equipment industries, especially transportation equipment, benefited most from expansions; of14industrial listed companies,12are controlled by the state. The expansions led to an even higher share of the state-controlled companies in local economy; finally, expansions of large industrial listed companies contributed to industrial agglomerations in various industrial parks.更多还原
