【摘要】 本文将纪录片《舌尖上的中国》作为分析对象,主要运用文本分析的方法,举例分析了该片在叙事内容、叙事风格、叙事语言、叙事结构和叙事技巧等方面的亮点。首先,文章通过对《舌尖上的中国》叙事内容的研究,较深层次又多角度地挖掘了该片所表达的主题。其次,在对该片叙事风格的解读中,文章经分析认为《舌尖上的中国》叙事风格简单明快,内容富有民族特色,塑造人物形象饱满。文章又通过分析片中的特写镜头、空镜头、蒙太奇、构图等镜头语言,完成了对该片叙事语言的分析。。最后,文章结尾分析认为《舌尖上的中国》的散文化线性叙事结构以及故事化的表述手法是其广受欢迎的重要原因之一,而多种技巧的悬念设置也是值得我们学习的。文章研究认为,《舌尖上的中国》能够在2012年红遍大江南北,是在社会环境、媒介生态环境和人们的思想观念发生变化的大环境中,纪录片创作者进行的一次有意义的创作理念和创作方式的突破。文章认为,无论是从选题还是内容制作,以及镜头语言的运用,还是在叙事策略与叙事结构等方面,《舌尖上的中国》都能成为当下纪录片创作的典范。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article chosed documentary "A Bite of China" as analysis object, and the method of text analys is the mainly means, analysis examples in the narrative content and narrative style, narrative language, narrative structure and narrative skills, etc.Firstly, the study discoverd a deeper and multi-angle theme expressed by the film based on the narrative content of the "A Bite of China". Secondly, in the interpretation of the film narrative style,by the article analysis,we thought the narrative style of "A Bite of China" is simple and lively, content is full of ethnic characteristics, shaping characters. It has completed the analysis of the narrative language through the analysis of close-up shot, scenery shot, montage, composition.Lastly, we thought that prosification linear narrative structure as well as the story turn of expression technique of’A Bite of China" is one of the important reasons for its popularity, and suspense of various skills is also worthy of our learning.Through research according to the article,"A Bite of China" can across the whole of China greatly in2012, it’s in the medium of social environment, including ecological environment and the changing of people’s ideas,that is a significative breakthroughs in creation ideas and making methods the documentary creators created.Article argues that, in both topics and content production, as well as the application of lens’language, or in the narrative strategy and narrative structure and expression, etc.,"A Bite of China"can become the model of documentary creation.更多还原
