【摘要】 互联网技术的高度崛起,带来了草根新闻的蓬勃发展。在我国,草根新闻人正在以积极饱满的热情参与到我们的社会日常公共事务中来。草根新闻在“躲猫猫”、“华南虎事件”中都起到了积极的推进作用,政府邀请网民们参与其中协助调查,这也从侧面说明了草根新闻在当今新闻行业中的地位和对于整个社会公共领域完善的促进作用。透过现象看本质,草根新闻在整个新闻的生产模式、传播模式、叙事模式以及最终的舆论生成模式上都与传统新闻大不相同。草根新闻让民众重新获得了新闻话语权、媒体接近权和使用权,还积极造就了理性公民的形成,培养民主意识和塑造社会公共领域,对于社会大环境有了潜移默化的影响。当然,草根新闻中也存在着一系列的问题,如网络暴力、虚假新闻的频频出现,新闻责任感的大幅度缺失。笔者将从传播学及公共领域的相关理论入手,运用文献研究、案例分析等一系列研究方法,结合文化学和社会学的相关知识,研究探讨了草根新闻与传统新闻的差异性所在,其独特的特点是什么,两者之间形成差距的原因,并以此为基础分析草根新闻的舆论形成、舆论引导功能,草根新闻的社会影响及其民主化意识的促进,最后指出草根新闻的困境与不足之处,并针对草根新闻目前存在的不足之处提出参考性的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The sharp rise of the Internet technology brought a vigorous development of the grassroots journalism. In our country, grassroots journalist is participating in our daily public affairs with enthusiasm. Grassroots news has played a positive role in the "hide-and-seek" and the "south China tiger incident". The government even has invited netizens to have a voice in the investigation. It is illustrated that the grassroots news has occupied an important place in the media industry and has promoted the completion of the social publicsphere.See through the appearance to perceive the essence,grassroots journalism are very diffienent from the traditional news in the news production mode, communication mode, narrative mode and the final opinion formation model. Citizen has got the news discourse power and the right of access to mass media from grassroots journalism. Aslo, the grassroots journalism contributed to the formation of rational citizen.democratic consciousness and the social publicsphere.and have a subtle influence to the social environment. Grassroots journalism, of course, there are a series of problems, such as the network violence, fake news. and vast scale lack of sense of responsibility.The author starts from the related theories of communication and publicsphere. combined the culturology and sociology,using literature research, case analysis and a series of research methods. The article has discussed the difference between the grassroots journalism and the traditional news, the unique characteristics of grassroots journalism and the gap between grassroots journalism and the traditional news. Based on the conclusion, the author analys the opinion formation, opinion leading, promotion of the democracy consciousness and the social influence which the grassroots journalism put forth effort on. At last, the article discuss the difficulties and deficiency of grassroots journalism, and puts forward countermeasures for reference of the defects existing in the grassroots journalism.更多还原
