【摘要】 我国电视新闻评论节目经过几十年的发展,作为一种节目形态已被受众广泛了解和接受。电视新闻评论节目在刚开播的时候,凭借其独特的形式和深刻的内容曾经在电视屏幕上有过一段辉煌时期,以《焦点访谈》为代表的电视新闻评论节目也产生了很大的社会影响。然而,近年来电视新闻评论节目呈现出日渐式微的态势,不断遭遇瓶颈窘态。从外部环境来看,互联网尤其是网络自媒体的勃兴,改变了人们意见性信息的接收习惯,并对互动提出了更高要求。此外,电视台实行收视率末位淘汰制也给了电视新闻评论节目前所未有的压力。从内部因素来看,很多电视新闻评论节目都存在节目定位不准、重述轻评、时效性不强、互动性差、节目同质化现象严重等问题。湖南卫视《新闻公开课》是近年来电视新闻评论节目为突破困境而进行创新的一个典型个案,在节目定位、选题策划、嘉宾选择、节目形态、互动性和节目推广等方面均有突破和创新。然而,在节目收视率上的高开低走,以及参与主体选择的片面化、评论质量参差不齐、播出时段和目标受众收看电视节目时间错位等原因使得《新闻公开课》最终被迫停播。电视新闻评论节目只有不断创新,才能获得自身生存和发展的空间。电视新闻评论节目的未来发展或许会展现出这样一些变化：由“代民立言”到公众参与评论,新闻评论公众参与性特征实现扩展；由转述、描述到展现、实现,信息采集技术与表达方式实现多样化；个性化评论,凸显传播者自身角色个性特征；由单向传播到双向交流,新闻评论传播方式更加注重交互式传播,信息呈现更为充分,更加贴近实际、贴近生活、贴近群众。更多还原

【Abstract】 China’s TV news commentary program as a program form has been widely understood and accepted by audience after dozens of years of development.TV news commentary program debuted on the air, by virtue of its unique form and deep content on the TV screen, once had a glorious period.TV news commentary program "Focus" as the representative has a great effect on the society.However, in recent years, TV news commentary program showing a declining trend, constantly faces with the dilemma. From the external environment, the Internet network’s emergence from the media, changes the receiver habits of the people’s opinions, and puts forward higher requirements for interaction. In addition, television station make the TV news commentary stressful when it practice the ratings in the knockout. From internal factors, lots of TV news commentary programs have many problems, such as inaccurate positioning, restatement light review, poor timeliness, interactivity, serious homogeneity phenomenon and so on.Hunan TV News Public Class is a typical case of TV news commentary programs in recent years, which innovates in all aspects for breakthrough the dilemma, such as the program localization, the selected topic planning, choice of guests, program form, interaction, and promotion and so on.However, News Public Class is eventually forced off the air for various reasons, such as the program’s ratings of high low open, the selection of main body in one-sided, reviews of variable quality, dislocation of broadcast time and target audience watching TV time and so on.Only through constant innovation can TV news commentary program own survival and development of space. The future development of TV news commentary program may show some changes like this:from generations of people speaking to the public to participate in reviews, news comment on the public participation characteristics of realizing the extension; from paraphrasing and description to show, implementation, information acquisition technology and the expression way diversification; personalized comments, highlight the disseminator role personality characteristics; journalism review; from one-way transmission to two-way communication, pay more attention to interactive communication, information presentation more fully, more press close to actual life and the populace.更多还原
