强流离子束包络模拟软件开发及强流中子发生器的物理设计

【摘要】 本文总结了强流D-T/D-D中子发生器的现状及其重要应用,研究了束流传输理论,开发了强流离子束包络模拟计算软件,设计了强流中子发生器的主要部件,完成了400kV强流中子发生器的物理设计。首先,研究和总结了束流传输理论,并以强流束旁轴包络方程为模型,结合采用Poisson/Superfish软件模拟得到的加速管电场分布,对强流离子束包络模拟程序IONB中的加速管束流包络计算模块进行了升级,得到了升级版的强流离子束包络模拟软件IONB1.0,同时,采用FORTRAN,VB和Matlab混合编程的方法,开发了IONB1.0软件的可视化人机交互界面。其次,采用IONB1.0软件,模拟了400kV强流中子发生器40mA氘束流在传输系统中的束包络,给出了强流中子发生器的整体设计方案。分别设计了两条束流传输线,一条是非分析束传输线,另一条是分析束传输线,根据两条传输线的氘束流包络模拟结果,确定了各传输元件的参数。最后,研究了强流中子发生器的主要组成部件,采用国际通用的电磁场模拟软件Poisson/Superfish和自主开发的强流束包络模拟软件IONB1.0,完成了高压电极、离子源、加速管、空间电荷透镜、三重四极磁透镜和分析磁铁的设计,同时简单介绍了强流中子发生器各元件的研制进展。

【Abstract】 In this thesis, the current situation and important applications of D-T/D-D intense neutron generator are summarized.The transport theory of high-current ion beam is investigated, a numerical simulation method of the beam envelope and a computer-aided-design program called IONB1.0have been developed by means of the envelope equation.Key elements of the intense neutron generator are designed, and the physical design of400kV intense neutron generator is completed.First, the transport theory of high-current ion beam is studied and summaried. An updated program called IONB1.0for simulating envelope of high current ion beam is designed, The program is based on the K-V equation, and combined simulation results of the electric field distribution of accelerating column. At the same time,a visual interactive interface of IONB1.0program is developed using FORTRAN,VB and Matlab mixed programming.Then, envelopes of40mA/D ion beam in400kV intense neutron generator are simulated using IONB1.0software.A design of400kV intense neutron generator is completed.Two transport lines of40mA/D ion beam are presented,one is non-analysis beam transport line, another is analysis beam transport line. According to simulation results of40mA/D beam envelopes, the parameters of the transport elments of the neutron generator are determined.Finally, key elments of intense neutron generator are studied. Using the Poisson/Superfish and IONB1.0,the design of high-voltage electrode, ion source, accelerating column, space charge lens, triple quadrupole magnetic lens and analysis magnet have been completed.Meanwhile, processing progress of these components is introduced simply.
