【摘要】 民俗文化的实质是为广大民众所创造、享用和传承的生活文化,它源于民间,是一套语言和行为模式,是一套不用外界强迫而自发遵守的规范。本文运用问卷调查及访谈法,从文化传播的视角探讨由政府主导的节庆活动的举办对传统民俗文化传播的影响。文章选取庆阳香包民俗文化节作为研究个案,通过对第十届香包节现场本地、外地观众的问卷调查,对参展方及主办方的访谈收集了研究资料。本文将民俗文化传播划分为横向扩散和纵向传承两个过程。庆阳的民俗文化以很多产品作为载体,本文选取“香包”作为它们的代表,探究香包节的举办对庆阳民俗文化产品的知名度、内涵、生产环境、工艺传承等各个方面产生的影响,并在最后得出了本文的研究结论：通过举办香包节进行庆阳民俗文化的传播,目前无论在横向传播或者纵向传承方面都出现了问题。横向扩散的乏力、纵向传承的危机迫使当地政府开始思考未来的出路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The essence of folk culture is a kind of life culture which created, enjoyed and inherited by the general public. It is originated from folk, is a set of language and behavior patterns and is a set of spontaneous standard without using an external force to comply with. This thesis uses the methods of questionnaire and interview and from the perspective of cultural transmission to explore the influence of government-led festival activities on the communication of the traditional folk culture. And this thesis selects Qingyang Sachet Folk Culture Festival as a study case, collected research data by questioning the local and nonlocal visitors and interviewing exhibitors and organizers in the tenth Sachet Festival. In this thesis, the communication of folk culture is divided into two processes which are lateral diffusion and vertical inheritance. There are a lot of products can represent Qingyang’s folk culture. We chose the’sachet’ as their representative, to explore the impact on the aspects of popularity, connotation, production environment and process inheritance of the held of Sachet Festival,and finally obtaining the research conclusion:through holding sachet festival to communicate Qingyang’s folk culture still has problem both in lateral diffusion and vertical inheritance.
