【摘要】 根据研究,1992年我国城市化进入快速发展阶段,温州作为我国经济发达地区的典型城市,在快速城市化阶段,城市空间快速扩张,城市用地规模不断扩大,同时在此过程中也形成了诸多城市问题,因此有必要对快速城市化时期以来温州市城市空间扩展进行研究。本文首先对城市空间扩展相关理论及其影响因素进行了论述,以此作为实践研究的理论基础。在对温州的城市空间扩展进行实例研究过程中,首先系统的梳理了历史时期温州城市发展的过程,发现温州城市虽几经兴衰,但城市空间仍然主要限制在旧城区范围,空间扩展有限；之后对快速城市化以来温州市城市空间扩展过程进行分析,以定量方式对该阶段城市空间扩展的规模、强度的变化进行测量,探索温州城市空间扩展的时空特征和规律,提出了温州市当前城市发展中面临的古城特色消失、交通拥堵等问题。然后运用灰色关联度分析与主成分分析对影响空间扩展的驱动因子进行分析,定量地比较了温州市城市空间扩展的影响因素,从自然地理环境、经济发展、人口增长、交通建设及政策等方面分析了影响温州市城市空间扩展的机制。最后,结合温州城市发展现状及国外已有经验,论文提出适合温州当前发展实际的城市空间扩展策略,以期对今后温州城市的可持续发展提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to researches, China’s urbanization has entered the stage of rabid development since1992. As the typical city in the developed area of China, Wenzhou’s urban space is expanding rabidly and the scale of land use of cities is enlarging continuously in the stage of rapid urbanization process. Many urban problems thus come into being, so it’s necessary to study the urban spatial expansion of Wenzhou in the stage of rapid urbanization.This paper firstly explains the related theories and the impact factors of urban spatial expansion, which serves as the theoretical foundation of the practice research. In the process of conducting case study on the urban spatial expansion of Wenzhou, the paper summarizes the urban development process of Wenzhou in the historical period systematically and finds that although Wenzhou has experienced several ups and downs, its urban space still lies within the scope of ancient city and the spatial expansion is limited. Then, it analyses the spatial expansion process of Wenzhou since the initiation of the rapid urbanization, measures the changes of the scale and strength of spatial expansion with the quantitative method to explore the spatial-temporal characteristics and regular patterns of urban spatial expansion of Wenzhou and points out the problems of the disappearance of the characteristics of ancient city and the traffic jam in the present urban development of Wenzhou. At last, it makes use of the grey relational analysis and principal component analysis to analyze the factors affecting the spatial expansion, compares the impact factors of the urban spatial expansion of Wenzhou quantitatively and analyzes the mechanism affecting the urban spatial expansion of Wenzhou form the aspects of physic-geographical environment, economic development, population growth, traffic construction and policy.Through investigation in practical experiences in foreign countries combined with current situation of Wenzhou city, we propose the urban spatial expansion strategy for Wenzhou city, in order to provide reference for future sustainable development of Wenzhou city.更多还原
