内观疗法对大学生亲子关系的干预研究

【摘要】 亲子关系是人们形成的第一个人际关系,亲子关系是否融洽对一个人的行为、人格等方面具有重要的影响。本研究意图采用质性研究方法考查大学生在学校环境内的内观体验对大学生亲子关系的影响,不仅可以丰富国内内观研究的内容,也为学校心理咨询、心理健康教育及感恩教育提供思路。本研究选取某大学17名学生参加学校内分散内观体验,之后采用深度访谈法,辅以个人实物分析法收集体验者的访谈资料和内观录音资料。采用扎根理论编码思路,并使用QSR Nvivo7.0分析软件对资料进行分析。结果表明:内观疗法对大学生亲子关系有一定的影响。1.内观体验具有阶段性,在内观前、中、后期具有不同的表现。2.内观体验可划分为知、情、行(认知、情绪情感、行为)等方面进行考查。3.内观的体验唤起内观后知、情、行的新模式,并且内观中体验的认知和情感是重要影响因素。在资料层层分析的基础上,本研究建构了大学生亲子关系内观前体验模型、内观中体验模型、内观后体验模型以及内观动态体验模型。使用《亲子关系诊断测验(PCRT)》和《家庭亲密度与适应性量表中文版(FACESII-CV)》对体验者在内观体验前后进行测评,结果表明:分散内观前后PCRT量表十个类型中平均数水平较干预前除不安型外,其余九个类型的亲子关系均无显著差异。分散内观前后FACESII-CV量表结果显示内观前后在家庭亲密度不满程度和适应性不满程度两个维度有显著性差异,结果表明分散内观疗法对大学生家庭亲密度不满程度与适应性不满程度两个维度的干预均产生了良好的效果。本研究从心理干预的视角,探索了内观疗法对大学生亲子关系的影响。丰富了大学生心理健康的辅导方式,同时对内观在学校的推广有一定的积极意义。

【Abstract】 Parent-child relationship is the first interpersonal relationship for everyone. Itcontributes to one’s behavior and character. In this qualitative study, we tried to figure outwhether daily Naikan therapy has influence on college students’ parent-child relationship.It may be helpful to enrich the present study. What’s more, it can provide new ideas intoschool counseling, mental health education and gratitude education.17college students conducted daily Naikan therapy. After the daily Naikan experience,depth interview was used to collect data. Based on the grounded theory, QSR Nvivo7.0was used to analyse the data. The result shows that daily Naikan therapy do has influenceon college students’ parent-child relationship.1.It turned out that Naikan experience isdifferent during the early, middle and late Naikan.2.Naikan experience can be divided intocognition, emotion and action.3.New forms of cognition, emotion and action come outafter Naikan experience. The cognition and emotion which been had during the Naikanexperience influence the new forms. After the data analysis, this study constructive fourmodels:(1) college students’ parent-child relationship before-Naikan-model;(2) collegestudents’ parent-child relationship during-Naikan-model;(3) college students’ parent-childrelationship after-Naikan-model;(4) college students’ parent-child relationship dynamicmodel. The PCRT, the FACESII-CV tests were used for evaluation both before and afterthe Naikan therapy. The result of the PCRT revealed significant difference at the level ofaverage number in nine types of parent-child relationship, besides the nervous type. Theresult of the FACESII-CV showed significant difference in the dimension of degree ofdissatisfaction of family cohesion and adaptive of discontent, that is, suggest thatintervening with daily Naikan therapy on degree of dissatisfaction of family cohesion andadaptive of discontent acquired good result.From the perspective of psychological intervention, this study aimed at finding out theinfluence that daily Naikan therapy has on college students’ parent-child relationship.theresult suggest a new way for psychology counseling. It may also have benefit on spreading Naikan therapy in colleges.
