基于2.4G无线方案(MiWi)的条形码扫描器设计与实现

【摘要】 随着工业和商业自动化程度的提高,条形码也运用的越来越广泛,条形码扫描器也得到了快速发展。这其中无线扫描器由于摆脱了数据传输线的束缚,使用方便,也被运用到了很多场合。无线条形码扫描器的设计关键之一就是无线模块的选择,无线模块将影响扫描器的无线连接方式,数据传输速率以及功耗等。MiWi无线网络协议是Microchip公司为低数据速率、短距离、低成本网络设计的简单协议。MiWi协议基于针对无线个人局域网(WPAN)的IEEE802.15.4,为无线通信提供了易用的方案。它特别针对小型应用,这些应用的网络规模相对较小,节点间路程段较少,应用采用Microchip的MRF24J402.4GHz收发器,构成符合IEEE802.15.4的网络。本论文详细论述了MiWi无线解决方案在无线条形码扫描器中的运用。内容包括了无线模块MiWi的介绍,无线接口的硬件设计,无线扫描器软件设计,无线扫描器设计中涉及的问题,并在实际模型中进行了测试验证。

【Abstract】 With the improvement of the industries and business automation, barcode is used moreand more widely, the bar code scanner also got rapid development. And the wirelessbarcode scanner is also applied to many places for it has eliminated the limitation of thewire and can be used more freely. The wireless module is one of the key parts of thewireless barcode scanner design, because it will affect the wireless connection, datatransmission rate and power consumption.MiWi wireless network protocol is a low data rate, short distance, and low costnetwork solution provided by Microchip. It is based on IEEE802.15.4which is forwireless personal area network (WPAN). MiWi provides easy to use program and it is forsmall applications, these applications network scale is relatively small, the distancebetween nodes are short. The MiWi uses Microchip MRF24J402.4GHz transceiver,which accords with IEEE802.15.4network.This paper discusses in detail about how to integrate the MiWi wireless solutions intowireless bar code scanner. It introduced the MiWi wireless module and the hardware andsoftware’s design of the wireless barcode scanner and also describe the problems need tocare about during design, at the end, it also tested the performance in a read model.
