【摘要】 近年来，随着我国志愿服务事业的蓬勃兴起，以高校为重要阵地，大学生为主体力量的高校志愿服务活动成为我国青年志愿服务事业的重要组成部分，并在社会的多个领域取得了显著成就。高校志愿服务的发展不仅有利于大学生自身的成长成才，还有利于推动高校的精神文明建设以及社会的和谐与进步。但是由于高校志愿服务开展的时间较短，在发展中还存在许多问题亟待解决。当前我国学术界对于高校志愿服务的相关研究不多，大多以青年志愿服务为主题，停留在案例或经验性研究上，缺乏对高校志愿服务本身进行系统、全面的研究。基于此，本文通过调查研究，分析整个高校志愿服务工作的开展现状，深入探讨存在的问题与成因，并提出相应的解决措施，以期为今后相关研究提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the booming of the voluntary service in China, colleges anduniversities as the important position, college students as the main force of volunteeractivities in colleges and universities become an important part of the youth voluntaryservice, and it has made remarkable achievements in various fields of the society.Development of college voluntary service is not only conducive to the growth and successof the college students themselves, but also helps to promote spiritual civilizationconstruction of colleges and universities as well as social harmony and progress. Howeverdue the time to carry out is shorter, the voluntary services in colleges still exist manyproblems to be solved in the course of development. Currently, few researches of theacademia for college voluntary service in China, mostly in the youth voluntary service asthe theme, stay on the case or empirical research, the lack of systematic and comprehensiveresearch of college voluntary service itself. Based on this, the paper through theinvestigation and study, analysis the development status of the entire system of collegevoluntary work, depth to explore the problems and causes, and puts forward correspondingsolving measures, so as to provide reference for future related research.更多还原
