数字控制单相相位和幅值可控电压调节器的研制

【摘要】 本文重点探讨利用DSP实现数字控制单相相位和幅值可控电压调节器(voltageregulator with controllable phase and amplitude,VRCPA)输出电压的相位和幅值闭环控制。本设计以TMS320F2812为主控制芯片,该VRCPA外围电路结构简单、调节便利、控制精度高。首先,详细分析了瞬时值控制单相Boost型AC/AC交流变换器的电路拓扑结构和工作原理。该变换器的设计难点在于正弦波基准电压信号的产生,该正弦波基准电压信号要求必须与输出电压同步,以便能实时的与输出电压进行比较。利用DSP的EV模块可以产生正弦度高、稳定性好、总谐波失真小的与输出电压同步的正弦波基准电压信号。对该变换器进行了仿真研究并研制了一台原理样机进行实验验证,从仿真与实验结果可以看出该变换器的输出电压波形质量高、幅值和频率高度稳定。然后,介绍并分析了数字控制单相VRCPA的工作原理。前级通过DSP的EV模块产生调节输出电压相位角的控制信号,通过动态的调节控制参数K0来实现相位角的闭环控制;后级首先通过DSP的ADC模块采集输出均值采样信号,然后该采样信号与程序中给定的基准电压信号进行比较产生误差信号,接着对该误差信号进行数字PI调节,最后通过EV模块产生调节输出电压幅值的控制信号,通过动态的改变后级占空比来实现幅值的闭环控制。接着,阐述了本设计所用到的DSP的一些模块的功能,并给出了数字控制单相VRCPA前后级软件设计的详细流程图。最后,在理论分析的基础上,研制出一台数字控制单相VRCPA的原理样机,并对其进行了实验验证,实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性和可行性。

【Abstract】 This article mainly discusses the research of digital single-phase voltage regulatorwith controllable phase and amplitude (VRCPA) which use DSP to realize the closed loopcontrol of phase and amplitude.This paper choose TMS320F2812as mainly controlchip,the controller has simple peripheral circuit,convenient control and high controlprecision.First of all,this paper detailedly introduces the circuit structure and working principleof the instantaneous single-phase Boost AC/AC converter.The generation of sinusoidalwaveform reference voltage signal is the design point.In order to real time compare withthe output voltage,the sinusoidal waveform reference voltage signal must be synchronouswith the output voltage.The sinusoidal waveform reference voltage signal which generatedby EV is with high sine degree,good stability,small THD.This paper does some simulationon this converter and a prototype of instantaneous single-phase Boost AC/AC converter ismanufactured,the simulation and experimental results show that output voltage of theconverter is with high waveform quality and high stabile amplitude and frequency.Secondly,this paper analyzes the main circuit structure and working principle of thedigital single-phase VRCPA.The pre-stage converter use EV to produce control signal.Bydynamically adjusting control parameters K0,the control signal can realize the closed loopcontrol of phase;The back-stage converter firstly uses ADC to collect the output samplingsignal,and then the sampling signal and the given reference voltage signal generate errorsignal,and then does digital PI control on the error signal,finally uses EV produce controlsignal which can adjust amplitude of output voltage.By dynamically adjusting back-stageduty ratios,the control signal can realize closed loop control of amplitude.Thirdly,the paper introduces some modules of DSP and gives software design ofVRCPA’s pre-stage and back-stage. Finally,on the basis of theoretical analysis,a prototype digital single-phase VRCPA isdeveloped.This paper does some experiments on this prototype.The experimental resultsdemonstrate the validity and feasibility of the theoretical analysis.
