【摘要】 在全球化的大背景下，企业之间的竞争更加激烈，精益生产作为一种先进的生产管理方式，在全世界得到更加广泛的应用。同时，随着信息技术的快速发展和应用，并逐渐成为改善企业运营和生产管理的核心竞争力之一，制造执行系统作为因适应精益生产和敏捷制造而产生的制造信息管理系统，已经成为大型制造企业不可或缺的管理工具和战略手段。S公司是一家大型电子制造跨国企业，业务模式为按客户订单组织生产。公司在生产过程中遇到了许多的问题，譬如：湿敏元件、印刷电路板等敏感元器件的暴露时间管理失控的问题，产品上元件漏用和用错元件的问题，生产看板数据因手工更新而滞后的问题，外包装标签与实物不匹配的问题等等。为了应对激烈的竞争，解决生产过程中的浪费、提高生产效率和产品品质，提升竞争力，公司实施了精益生产和制造执行系统。本文试图通过制造执行系统在S公司生产管理过程中的应用实例，将制造执行系统强大的信息化功能与先进的精益生产管理思想相融合，推进企业生产管理方式的改善，来讨论MES在电子制造企业生产管理过程中实现精益生产的方法，为企业生产管理精益化和信息化提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays under the globalization environment, competition becomes much moreaggressive among the companies; hence as a widely used modern production managementmethod, Lean Production is implemented in more and more enterprises at the world wide.At the same time, with the rapid development and application of Information Technology,it has become one of the most important ways for enterprise improvements on operationand management. Manufacturing Execution System which was put up and developedbased on the Lean Production and Agile Manufacturing has been a kind of crucialmanagement and strategy tools in large-scale manufacturing companies.S company is a large-scale Electronic Manufacturing Service TransnationalCorporation, builds unit by purchase order. It meets many issues during producing, suchas the issue on Moisture Sensitivity Component and PCB exposure time control, the issueon component missing or incorrect component used in product, production informationupdate delayed issue with manual update Kanban, carton label and unit label mismatchissue, and so on. In order to reduce the wastes in production, improve the quality andefficiency, advance the competitive ability in the world, S company has implemented LeanProduction and Manufacturing Execution System. This thesis introduced howManufacturing Execution System integrates Information Technology and Lean Productionto resolve above production issues and enhance enterprise manufacturing management skill.It provides us a successful sample on achieve Lean Production with ManufacturingExecution System.更多还原
