滕州市建筑工程管理局建筑工地管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】 随着电子商务技术和网络技术的快速发展,与建筑行业有关的信息管理系统也在不断进步。建筑工地管理系统逐渐成为建筑企业不可缺少的系统。建筑工地的管理者对建筑工地所涉及的人、财、物的管理工作要付出大量的、重复性劳动,不仅浪费人力物力,而且很容易造成管理的不规范。在计算机和网络高速发展的今天,建筑企业应充分利用信息化手段进行建筑工地的信息化管理,控制人、财、物的投入量、方便仓库管理员管理、减少出错率、提高企业的经济效益。本论文阐述了当前建筑行业建筑工地管理的现状以及发展趋势,对当前管理信息系统的两种主要体系结构(C/S和B/S)进行分析比较,提出了基于C/S的滕州市建筑工程管理局建筑工地管理信息系统的总体设计方案。本文以信息管理系统开发的理论为基础,结合滕州市建筑工程管理局建筑工地管理实际业务需求,在先进的Microsoft.NET平台下进行开发。前端采用C≠设计网页界面,后台数据库采用SQLServer2005技术对滕州市建筑工程管理局建筑工地管理问题进行了深入的研究,并经过系统分析、平台架构、数据库设计、系统整体设计、功能模块化详细设计等工作,开发出全面支持滕州市建筑工程管理局建筑工地管理的信息系统。利用该系统对建筑工地所涉及的人、财、物的信息进行管理,具有人工管理无可比拟的诸多优点,如:方便查找、检索迅速、可靠性高、存储量大、寿命长、成本低等。该系统还可使工作流程系统化、规范化、自动化,提高建筑工地管理的效率,也是企业科学化、正规化的体现。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of electronic commerce and network technology, information management system and the construction industry is also in constant progress. The construction site management system has become an indispensable system of construction enterprise. Construction site managers involved in construction site person, property, the management should pay a lot of repetitive work,, not only a waste of manpower and material resources, and very likely to cause abnormal management. In the rapid development of computer and network today, construction enterprises should make full use of information technology for information management of construction site, controller, financial, material input, convenient warehouse administrator management, reduce the error rate, improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.This paper expounds the present situation and development trend of the current construction industry construction site management, two kinds of main system structure of the management information system (C/S and B/S) were analyzed and compared, the overall design scheme of C/S in Tengzhou City Administration of construction engineering construction site management information system based on.This paper is based on the development of the management information system theory, combined with the practical business needs of Tengzhou administration of construction engineering construction site management, in the development of advanced Microsoft.NET platform. The front-end design using C#webpage interface, background using SQLServer2005database technology has carried on deep research to the Tengzhou administration of construction engineering construction site management problems, and through the system analysis, platform architecture, database design, system design, function module detailed design work, to develop a comprehensive information system support of the Tengzhou municipal construction project Management Bureau of construction site management.Management the system involved in construction site person, money, information, has many advantages, such as:there is nothing comparable to this artificial management convenience, rapid retrieval, high reliability, large memory capacity, long life, low cost. The system can make the work process systematization, standardization, automation, improve the efficiency of the construction site management, is also a manifestation of enterprise scientific, standardized.
