【摘要】 军事标图是战争中军事决策指挥必不可少的工具。随着科技的发展,战争的形态、样式和时间都在不断的改变。战场中环境的复杂化、战争手段的多样化、战争持续时间不断缩短的趋势,要求有新的军事标图手段与之适应。本文介绍了军事标图在战争中的重要作用,分析了军事标图的发展趋势。对中外军事标图进行对比,总结了我军军事标图系统存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决方案。本文对军事标图系统进行了总体功能设计,然后按模块进行细节设计。本文实现了基于美军标准的军事标图系统。论文的主要成果如下：1.通过对中美军事标图系统及其标准对比分析提出基于美军标准的军事标图系统。该系统不仅包含传统的军事标图还扩展了路径分析功能,并对系统进行总体设计。2.根据ArcGIS数据存储结构,结合军事标图系统对网络存储的要求,设计了军事标图数据库,数据库包含地图数据、数据分层和地理属性数据结构,并建立了网络模型。3.实现了常规的地图操作和鹰眼图功能。4.实现了军事标图功能。5.实现了作战单元间的路径规划。综上,论文工作主要是针对目前我国军事标图系统存在的问题,基于ArcEngine,在.NET平台下,采用新的标准体系,拓展深化功能模块,设计并实现了崭新的军事标图系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 Military plotting is an indispensable tool in military command decision-making of the war. With the development of science and technology, the form, style, and the time last of war is constantly changing. The more complicated of battle environment, the more diversification of means, the short of continuously duration of the war, requires a new military plotting method and adapt.This paper introduces the military plotting important role in the war, the development trend of military plotting is analyzed. Comparing to Chinese and foreign military plotting, summarizes the existing problems in our army military plotting system, and proposed the corresponding solution. In this paper, the function of military plotting system for the overall design, and detail design according to module.This paper implements the military plotting system based on U.S. standards. Paper’s main results are as follows:Firstly, Through the military plotting system of China and the United States and its comparative analysis based on the standard of military plotting system. The system not only contains the traditional military plotting also extended the function of path analysis, and for the overall system design.Secondly, Based on ArcGIS data storage structure, combined with military plotting system requirements of the standard military plotting system and design the network storage database, the database contains the map data, data layering and geographic attribute data structure, and network model is established.Thirdly, Implements the conventional map operation and function of eagle eye diagram.Fourthly, Using c#development language to achieve military plotting in the ArcEngine.Finally, The units of path planning is realized in the military plotting system combat. In conclusion, this paper is mainly to solve problems of our army military plotting system now, puts forward a solution. The military plotting system was designed and implemented. The running results show that the system meets the need of modern war on the military plotting system. This system based on the design and implementation of geographic information system of military plotting of related research has the very good reference and reference value.更多还原
