长沙众联广告印务管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着社会经济与科学技术的迅速发展,企业的存活环境正在发生根本的变化,企业面临的市场形势更加复杂多变、竞争激烈、需求苛刻。工业化时代形成的企业管理模式与运作方式难以适应市场竞争与社会经济进一步发展的需要,应用现代信息技术和新的管理思想与策略对企业管理进行根本的革新以提高企业素质与市场竞争优势,已成为现代企业求存活、求发展的战略措施。企业管理信息系统因而得到不断发展与日益广泛的应用。对于广告印务行业而言,使用现代化的技术来加强公司内部的管理,加强公司内部业务的管理,对于整个公司内部提高竞争力以及公司利益都有着很大的好处。本文主要介绍了长沙众联广告印务管理系统的设计以及实现过程。本系统在设计过程中需要有较高的可移植性,因此选择使用JSP动态网页开发语言,使用JAVA面向对象的软件设计语言,基于MVC (Model-View-Controller)架构,充分实现了系统设计过程中的视图与数据处理的分离。本论文首先对于系统的需求进行详细的获取与分析,采用表格以及文字描述的方式对于需求进行阐述,在对于需求进行分析的时候采用用例图以及用例描述表进行详细的需求分析。然后根据需求分析对于系统进行详细的功能设计,使用UML中的类图以及时序图对于系统的功能设计进行详细的描述。在最后对于系统的实现进行详细的描述,使用系统界面图以及系统主要代码的方式进行阐述,并且给出系统的测试用例。本系统最终实现了对于长沙众联广告印务系统中的基本资料设置管理、供应商管理、客户管理、业务管理以及财务管理等功能。对于公司所需要的基本的信息进行维护设置,并且对于与公司有往来的供应商以及客户的基本信息进行存储,对于新生成的业务进行订单设置和财务支付管理。系统最终满足了长沙众联广告印务公司对于公司内部基本事务的管理要求,系统的运行大大提高了公司内部员工的工作效率。并且系统的部署降低了公司内部的管理成本,提高了公司的效益。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of social economy and science technology, the survival environment of enterprise is experiencing the fundamental change and the market situation with which the enterprises is faced is becoming more complicated and changeable, along with intense competition, harsh demand.The enterprise’s management mode and operation mode in the industrialized age are difficult to adapt to the needs that market competition and social economy further development. The application of modern information technology and new management thoughts and strategies on enterprise management’s fundamental innovation, which is to improve enterprise’s quality and market competitive advantage, has become the strategic measures that the modern enterprise strive for survival and development.Thus, enterprise information management system has obtained the unceasing development and increasingly extensive application. For advertising printing industry, the use of modern technology to strengthen internal management and internal business management has a lot of benefits for the whole company’s internal competitiveness and the interests of the company.This article mainly introduced the design and realization of advertising printing management system for Changsha zhonglian. For the need of high portability in the design process the system chooses to use JSP dynamic web page to develop language, to use JAVA object-oriented software to design language, and to base on MVC (Model-View-Controller) architecture to fully realize separation between view and data processing in the process of designing. Firstly, this paper acquires and analyses the needs of system in detail, in the way of using table and text description to describe needs. For the analysis of the demand, use case diagram and use case description table are used to do detailed requirement analysis. Then, according to the requirement analysis, the system’s functions are designed at length, using UML class diagram and sequence diagram in the description about system’s functional design. In the final the realization of the system is represented in particular, by the ways of interface diagram and system mainly code and the test cases are given.This system finally realized the functions of basic data set management, supplier management, customer management, business management and financial management in the Changsha zhonglian advertising printing system. It also provided maintenance settings for company’s basic information, stored the information about the suppliers who has connections with the company and customers’ basic information, and did orders settings for the new generated business and management for financial payment.The system finally satisfied the management requirements that Changsha zhonglian advertising printing company needed for internal basic affairs, whose operation greatly improved the internal employee’s work efficiency. And the system’s deployment reduced the company’s internal management cost and improved the benefits of the company.
