【摘要】 随着城市建设的推进和国民经济的发展,以购物为代表的商业活动已然与人们的日常生活密不可分,各式各样的商业区逐步形成。当今城市商业区不仅满足人们的购物需求,也成为人际交往与娱乐生活的重要场所,商业区景观受到越来越多人的重视。本文以商业区景观中的重要组成部分——硬质景观作为研究对象,希望通过对其设计方法的探索打造美观、实用的商业区景观。作者以北京市商业区硬质景观为调研对象,进行了一系列的实地考察与问卷调查。这项研究填补了北京市商业区景观调查的空白,也为其他城市商业区景观建设提供了参考。笔者从多方面对所选商业区硬质景观进行评价,通过分析调研结果得出相应商业区的优、劣势,并对不足之处提出改进建议。基于调研结果,论文总结了商业区硬质景观设计的实体元素,归纳了商业区硬质景观设计的原则和具体手法,并结合国内外优秀案例进行分析。最后,文章对北京市商业区硬质景观改善提出了相应的优化建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of city’s construction and national economy, commercial activities such as shopping already inextricably link with human’s daily lives. A wide range of commercial district gradually formed. Commercial districts today are not only to meet the shopping needs of the people, but also become an important place for communication and entertainment. That’s the reason why more and more attention paid on this tiny space. In this paper, the author chooses hard landscape as study object which was thought as an important part in commercial district landscape. Hoping in this way we can find the right design method to create a beautiful and practical commercial district landscape.The author takes commercial district hard landscape in Beijing as the object of study and conducts surveys and field study. This article fills the gap in the study of Beijing’s commercial hard landscape, together with providing a reference for other commercial landscape construction. After the analysis of surveys, the author find the advantages and disadvantages of the corresponding business district hard landscape, and make recommendation for improvement.Based on the findings, the author concludes the physical elements of the commercial hard landscape, meanwhile, summaries the principles and specific methods of that. In the end, the article proposed some advices on the optimization of business district hard landscape in Beijing.更多还原
