英旺油田长2+3油层开发可行性研究

【摘要】 本文通过铸体薄片、扫描电镜、敏感性、相渗、高压压汞、流体驱替等实验方法,对英旺油田长2+3储层的沉积微相、物性、非均质性、敏感性、孔隙结构、渗流特征等进行研究,并总结优质储层主控因素,进行有利区带预测,在此基础上,对长2+3稠油油藏的开发可行性进行了分析,论文取得以下认识:1、研究区储层为三角洲平原亚相沉积,砂岩主要为长石砂岩。胶结类型以孔隙-薄膜式胶结为主。层内非均质性较弱,长22小层,长31小层层间非均质性较强,隔层较为发育。2、研究区孔隙类型以粒间孔为主,孔隙组合类型主要为溶孔-粒间孔型,喉道类型以点状喉道为主。将研究区毛管压力曲线分为Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类。3、研究区油藏类型主要为岩性-构造油藏,长2+3原油高粘主要原因在于地层温度低。将研究区储层划分为三类,各小层的Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类储层均可作为良好的有利区带。4、长2+3油层属于普通2类稠油油藏,通过对比长2+3储层的油藏参数与国内外稠油油藏开采技术筛选条件,和前期实施的蒸汽吞吐、混合气开采、注热水等技术的效果分析,认为该油层不适合热采,只能采用化学降粘冷采的方式。5、室内驱替实验结果表明添加降粘剂其驱油效果仅为35.7%,达不到工业开采下限。建议在现有经济和技术条件下,暂不进行大规模开发,在加强冷水加降粘剂驱替室内研究的同时,选择Ⅰ类有利区进行现场试验。

【Abstract】 Reservoir Characteristics of Chang2+3formation in Yingwang oil field(including Sedimentary microfacies, physical property, heterogeneity,sensitivity,pore structure, seepage characteristics,etc.) was researched in the paper using various experimental methods,such as casting sheet,SEM, sensitivity experiments, permeability experiments, high pressure mereury intrusion, fluid displacement,etc. Main controlling factors of high quality reservoirs were discussed and the advantageous regions were predicted. Based on the researches above, The feasibility of exploitation of Chang2+3formation heavy oil reservoirs was analysed. Main achievements are summarized as follows:Sedimentary facies of the area is delta plain intrafacies and rock type is mainly arkose. Cementation type is pore-film cementation primarily and inlayer heterogeneity is weak.Interlayer heterogeneity of Chang22and Chang31formation are strong.Interlayer in this area developed well.Pore type in the area is mainly intergranular pore and pore combination type mainly dissolved-intergranular pore.Throat type is punctual throat primarily. The capillary pressure curves in the area was divided into3types(Ⅰ、Ⅰ、Ⅲ).Reservoirs are mainly lithological-structural reservoirs in the area.The reason for the high viscosity oil in Chang2+3formation is the low formation temperature primarily. Reservoirs in the area was divided into3types. Type I and Type II reservoirs in each formation could be recognized as favorable zones.Chang2+3formation belongs to ordinary2-class heavy oil reservoir. Analysed from the technical measures(huff and puff, gas mixture exploitation, hot-water injection,etc.) that were used in the area formly and compared the oil reservoir parameter of Yingwang oil field with the selecting criteria of exploitation technology for heavy oil reservoir domestic and overseas,we draw a conclusion that thermal recovery is unsuited for Yingwang oil field and the only suitable method is chemical visbreaking cold production technology.Indoor displacement experiment showed that displacement efficiency is noly35.7%even the viscosity reducer was added and it could not reach the lower limit of industrial exploitation.We suggested that the reservoir should not enter the large scale exploitation phase at the existing economic and technological conditions and chose type I favorable zones to carry on field trial at the same time of enhancing indoor research about displacement experiment which viscosity reducer was added.
